I want to assure all customers that I am dedicated to providing an exceptional experience with every order. I am currently communicating with the customer, and while they may not have yet seen my email, I wish to share this update with all valued customers.
As the owner of More4less, Chad, I must state that a technical issue occurred with the product and its UPC, resulting in an inaccurate description. The customer is correct; they had requested replacement blades, but unfortunately, an entire new knife and blades were sent instead. The additional items mentioned were complimentary gifts, as I enjoy providing extra value to my customers.
The customer will receive a full refund and a sincere apology via email. In addition to the refund, and while allowing them to keep the items already sent, I have also promised that if I locate the specific blades they requested, I will send them free of charge.
I have encountered a similar situation in the past, and although I corrected the error and made the promise, I actually located the item six months later and fulfilled the commitment. I even received a call to ensure they weren't charged twice. I reminded them of the promise, and as always, I kept my word.
I have asked the customer to consider revising their rating, but I have also made it clear that if they choose not to do so, I understand and accept responsibility for the mistake. I believe that acknowledging errors is the key to learning and improving.

True to their word. Shipping: fast. Product:as described, Free gift: let's make that plural, included free gifts. And a lovely thank you card was the finishing touch. Great prices, great products and I am definitely going to try thier new eye cream! What a nice surprise to receive something I ordered, but even better.

My personal favorite is when people call to complain about their rental cars (funny enough, I don’t rent out cars).
