The service and the employees, George and the team, friendly, knowledgeable, it was a great experience, the fix the exhaust got the parts, oil change and swap winter tires. Found issue that I was not aware, I appreciate they went the extra mile, I received mmmend this team

I was using Midas in Winnipeg CANADA now for over 25 years, spent an estimate $20,000 on total repairs, wanted to have my repair records at one location for history. My primary location was on StAnnes Road with my latest visit at 555 Pembina Hwy. My latest issue was a ABS malfunction, went to the Pembina location, had to make 3 return visits for the same “Fixed” issue all steaming from a tech not taking my vehicle for a test drive! Second visit I was charged over and above the posted hourly labor charge, 1 hr, charged for about 1.5 hours. After 3rd visit noticed a loud humming noice from where the ABS was repaired, ABS bearing replacement. I took it to StAnnes road to verify Pembina work, was giving the impression that there was no noise whereas giving it was a 2 day issue, obviously didn’t repair itself but a obvious internal cover up between the 2 stores to cover the poor work ! Again with over $20,000 work history was not treated as a return customer, no loyalty ! There was no head office response but a single call from the Pembina location, needless to say, will not be returning to Midas !!
