Very disappointed with the lack of…

Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism in responding to my concern for an inferior and mediocre glass picture acting. I repeatedly contacted the company and they always give the same response. We are checking into it. Well, the birthday has come and gone, and I did not give the crummy looking gift because I didn’t want to be ashamed With such mediocrity. Do yourself a favor and find some other gift.
