stale leads, paid for leads 90% of leads received a bounce back email after the system supposedly "verified" they were accurate. Cancelled my plan then was still charged the fee. Contacted support waited 72 hours with no response. I had to contact my back to get my money back. Poor support, poor billing practice, horrible cancel experience. Don't recommend it's a waste of money.

Talked to an AJ that didn’t answer any of my questions was rude to me. He said he makes more money then me didn’t have time to waste on a deal with a large marketing budget. Started harassing me calling me a cry baby when I told them I’m going with another company because he was about the worst employee I ever dealt with any company.

Spent $2700 and did NOT GET ONE LEAD in 6 months! They sold us on 10 qualified appts a month. And there are NO REFUNDS. Don't go with them. Outbound solutions is way better.

Currently on the $83/month package and the support has been very good. The platform gives us what we are looking for, it has generated a lot of high-quality leads for our business. Would highly recommend anyone to use it, especially if you're in B2B.

I connected with Maj. He is a capable strategist who takes the time to answer any questions I have. He directs me to resources to help connect with my targeted audience. I recommend working with him.

My company is new to cold emailing, but the team over at listkit was a big help. The straight forwardness and guidance on what i need to do to get the desired outcomes was huge for me. I look forward to continually working with them, the platform is one of the fastest and easiest ways to lock in on a targeted market and get bulk data super grateful not to have to spend hours sifting through leads.

Talked to someone from an ad, expressed concerns about it working for small ticket monthly recurring. Got booked in for a meeting with Henry. Talked to him about it, he said as long as you can get $3000 from the lifetime of a client. I was like I guess if they stay on for 10 months. Instead of pausing to address it he just continued with his pitch. So I say we might be wasting our time I'm not sure if this works for us. Dude just hangs up, extremely unprofessionally. Which I was considering doing but I had the courtesy to hang on and say goodbye. And I'm not the one selling something.

Then, to top it off, I'm still getting automated texts from them even after I've responded "stop" and "unsubscribe"

Oh and read the reviews on Reddit, they're terrible.

The app is very useful in creating lists with all the needed filters. In comparison to other famous list builders they are much more accurate and more verified with the triple verification for the mails.

ListKit has been a great tool for our outbound efforts. I’ve run four campaigns so far, and the results have been very strong. Set a reminder yourself before your monthly billing as they don't remind you and don't offer refunds. The lists we generated through the sevice were low quality.

To reply to the comment left, our lists generated had many bouncebacks and some without e-mail addresses, which is why we chose not to renew

Horrible experience!!! Avoid at all cost!!! Waste of time and money. They generated ZERO leads results despite sending thousands of emails... Over a 3 month period they sent 83,795 emails and generated ZERO leads!!! A complete waste of time and money and they have the audacity to bill me after this horrific experience. Avoid this service like the plague it cost me many thousands of wasted dollars and time that could have been better spent + siging up for multiple web addresses that I need to cancel.

Listkit is selling my personal email address to people without my consent. It's an address that was leaked when LinkedIn had a data breach. So they are selling personal data gained via hacks and illegal data breaches. I get spammed with emails from small businesses and I asked them where they got my email address. It was ListKit.

Initially, I had the wrong impression on what to expect with ListKit. That is no fault of the company. There was just misunderstanding on my end. However, I had a meeting with Hael (who is my account representative) and he put all of my concerns to ease with SIMPLICITY & CLARITY. That’s what I needed and that’s what Hael provided. He it’s very kind but most importantly extremely knowledgeable. He did not mind my questions. I look forward to learning more from him during my journey with ListKit. As a result of speaking with Hael, I feel a lot of relief in regard to my upcoming campaigns. Hael is accessible, helpful, and very knowledgeable in his domain. I feel confident and am more than satisfied with my partnership with Hael/ListKit. I appreciate the team!

Listkit sent 36k emails in 3 months that resulted in about 40 interested responses which led to dozens of discovery calls. Some are still on going.

We signed with ListKit based on the assurance that we could expect “30+ booked meetings per month” that was the core value proposition presented to us.

We stayed with them for 4 months and sent over 30,000 emails. We did not get a single booked meeting.

With ListKit:
Campaign 1: 14,782 emails sent = 0 bookings
Campaign 2: 11,256 emails sent = 0 bookings
Campaign 3: 5,575 emails sent = 0 bookings

To put that in perspective, we hired another email marketing firm a month ago and they've already booked 10 meetings from ~13,000 emails.

Talk a great game but not a great fit for service providers.

Over 18000 cold emails out. Not a single positive reply. I have more success with spending less than 5 hours of my own time with custom emails that I directed. I think the idea could work for product or retail companies but they have not proven at all capable of pivoting based upon the results we have seen. IMO opinion a waste of money.

The team at Listkit, are extremely knowledgeable, the system is efficient, the database is robust. I have worked with ListKit on multiple campaigns and I love the integration between targeting and the mailbox management. Trying to do this alone with separate systems is daunting, and then amplifying your reach with 15 domains- no other system can match what Listkit is doing in their DFY process. I just want to get on calls and do my thing, I dont want to be a cold outreach expert. I want to be clear about my offer, my audience, and my CTA (in my voice). Listkit is exactly the right team and process for me to maintain 100% up time on my outreach without me getting in my own way.

Best in the game! We just launched our campaigns, and I am a super newbie to the cold email game. Hopped on a call with one of the specialists where they walked me through everything listkit step by step, how to scrape the exact leads of my niche i'm targeting, how to use all the features, save filters, and more. They continue to not only provide incredible levels of support via slack/email, but also are always adding more features. Really appreciate the intuitive UX of the platform, very helpful in allowing users to get the most out of all the features! Highly recommend anyone running campaigns use it... compared to apollo, full enrich, lusha and some of the other platforms we've used: extremely easy to set up, more cost effective and just much more intuitive. Very happy we found list kit!
