Reshme was so helpful and patient, we worked together to get the holiday perfect which is exactly what we got.

Booked a holiday for six to UAE early this year but had to change it when the FCO travel advice changed to nothing but essential travel to the middle east. This was no problem to Kenwood Travel and we rebooked to Riviera Maya in Mexico at no extra cost. When the FCO travel advice for UAE was relaxed, we thought we would try to revert back to UAE and, once again, this was not a problem for Kenwood Travel Travel and done at no extra cost. We were even able to upgrade the original booking to 'ULTRA all inclusive' because the resort prices had gone down. A special shout out to Zac Waterhouse for his patience and accommodating professionalism.

We knew which resort we wanted to book but he helped with suggesting flight times that would suit us better.

Great customer service, the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and when you have a problem they do there utmost to sort it out for you - a big shout out to Ally who helped us switch from one holiday to another at short notice. The prices are competitive and we would not book our holidays with anyone else.

Did an online quote for Florida a couple of weeks ago. Allie emailed me asking if I had any questions then don't hesitate to get back to her. I replied with a couple of questions, she never got back to me, so have booked with Ocean Florida who gave impeccable service.

had the pleasure of speaking with Lai Yap, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly helpful, not only in ensuring I received the best deal possible, but also in providing valuable advice for my upcoming trip.

As I am planning to take my 10 year-old nephew on a snorkelling holiday, I had quite a few questions and concerns. Lai took the time to guide me through everything and even provided a list of essential items we should bring, which I found extremely helpful and reassuring.

Her knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience enjoyable and stress free. She is a real credit to the team.
