First time purchasing this brand. The solid hoop earrings with the single small pear dangles were a bit smaller than I expected, but the sparkle is magnatizing! Overall, I am not sure the value is there even with a 20% discount, but the style makes up for it somewhat. I am very happy with the style! It's dainty, sparkly and elegant!

The Camille is beautiful.
I purchased the Camille earring attachments. They’re absolutely beautiful. I already had the studs from a previous purchase and they look stunning together. I’m very pleased with the quality and with Idyl’s customer service. My order got hung up in Customs for several days and after contacting customer service they kept me informed until the shipment arrived. I definitely recommend Idyl. I’m already looking forward to my next purchase.

Ability to change the necklace length and diamond C's
The ability to change the necklace from 15 inches to 17 inch is what I have been looking for a long time. The diamonds (6) is the number that represents my family. Celebrating my 65th birthday, I had to treat myself. This necklace was made especially for me. 💗Everything went smooth from ordering to receiving. Love the packaging too. The 4C"s of the diamonds is great. True class. Thank you.

Great Customer Service Experince in Handling my Return
My email inquiries and requests were handled swiftly and well. I returned my Capri jewellery which were too small for me and the process was smooth and quick and placed a new order for the 0.5 carat Rio pendant and chain which I received in 4 days !

Great design
I find the jewelly very innovative, modern and chic . I like very much the versatile design. Everything I have purchased looks amazing on me but I think the price is a bit overestimated for labor diamonds and 14c gold.

Unfortunately not great quality.
Unfortunately, I got influenced into buying these pieces and it’s been a huge regret. I’ve spent thousands of dollars just for the gold to stain during a gentle cleaning using water and dish soap. Had a necklace break into two pieces after just six months of wear. I realized that if I had the same pieces custom made through my jeweler, I would’ve been able to get a higher quality of diamond (higher carat too) and gold for a lower price. I got sold on this by influencer and the beautiful designs. Don’t fall for it and just take the same design ideas to your custom jeweler who works with lab grown diamonds.

This review is just for the Customer Service. I recently placed an order and while the quality of the piece was fine, I just felt the diamond was smaller than I wanted. I have sent 3 emails + a DM to initiate a refund and have not gotten any response. Although the website states that they send a response within a few hours. After this, I don’t think I would order from them again.

Idyl gold chain clasp/closing mechanism malfunction
Update: Within a few hours of writing about my experience I was contacted by Idyl and kindly offered a replacement and solution. I was impressed that the instance was so quickly acknowledged, the speed and tone of the response and the replacement offered, which showed that any concern or feedback is taken seriously. I chose to not just delete the entry but adjust my rating and add this update, as I feel that the value of a brand lies not only in the beauty of their products but the ownership and quality of their service.
Peace of mind is a truly important aspect when buying jewellery and I must say, this has restored my trust.

Bought the idyl gold chain (adjustable to 3 lenghts). Loved the look,however the clasp/closing mechanism broke and I sent it in for repair. Waited for the repair which was completed at no cost however 3 days after putting it back on it broke again and I saw the necklace floating away during a swim never to be found again. There was definitely no mechanical force that broke the chain, so I am sure the mechanism must have malfunctioned again. Very sad and disappointing at the cost. While it is fine jewellery, it should be possible to wear it during a casual swim. Unfortunately this experience put me off from any further purchase.
