This place is a joke. I ordered an e-bike on December 2nd, was told on the 13th it would be shipping on Jan 3rd, then on Dec 17th, was informed they did not have it in stock and my money would be refunded. It’s now January 20th and I still am waiting for my refund. Customer service number is never open, even though the message says they should be, they never answer, and the email exchange with “Malcolm” feels like I’m corresponding with an idiot. I asked for proof on multiple occasions that they have initiated a refund, and they don’t seem to understand what constitutes proof, instead, they just blow me off. If I were looking to do business with anyone, this place would definitely not be an option in the future, unless you want to send your money on a vacation.

I purchased a gas-powered snow blower on December 1st from this site -reluctantly- because the price was too good to be true. Fortunately, I paid by credit card to mitigate my risk. No one ever answers their telephone. After 2 weeks I finally received a response to my emails which confirmed my order, notifying that the machine is scheduled to ship on December 27. No surprise that it never shipped, and after multiple emails I finally received a response that my order was cancelled as the product is not available, and a refund to my card had been initiated. Waited 15 more days, and still no refund. This vendor has been sitting on over $1,000 for 7 weeks, and now I have to refute the charge with my credit card company. I’ll get the refund, but by writing this I hope to persuade others not to proceed. Old saying, “if it looks too good to be true, it probably is”. Based on my experience, the positive reviews on this site are probably fake.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They Took our money for a smoker grill said it was delivered although we have cameras on our home and no it was not delivered. We have reached out multiple times via email and phone number with no response and still no smoker. SCAM BEWARE I’m pretty sure most of these reviews are also not true….

Placed my order on a Sunday and it was delivered the next Friday. Pretty good timing. No issues and setup was simple. Would use them again if I need anything else for the house.

The Proline Insert Range Hood is very powerful. It pulls all the smoke and smells out of my kitchen.

I wasn’t sure if the sauna heater was included, so I reached out to support. They got back to me within 10 minutes and cleared everything up. The heater not only works perfectly but also looks even better than the pictures.

I purchased a mini split HVAC system a month ago. I can’t get anyone to return my calls or emails. It seems like a scam. How do I get in touch with them?

Site was easy to use and the checkout process was quick. The product page had all the details I needed, including measurements. Would shop again.

They phone is disconnected they don’t answer email or chat. Received 2 small items but not refrigerator range or ice maker. Out over 6000. Terrible company, no have to go through dispute with credit card.

Customer service was quick to respond when I had a question about the ice maker specs. That’s rare these days.

Their service number is disconnected, their email returns undeliverable, they won’t message back on their website and I’ve had a multiple order pending for weeks and one was randomly canceled so I know someone’s there. Either a scam or business is falling apart, don’t buy.

This is a scam website. First they list something they do not have, i ordered an HVAC condenser unit, and then received an email saying it is out of stock. I asked for a refund, after a month, they canceled the order but did not refund me at all. They keep saying "there is a system update, so there is a delay." blah blah. After two months, i still not received any refund or communication, i had to claim a dispute through my credit card company. conclusion: do not pay from them!

These guys advertised a unit at 18 SEER. I needed a minimum of 17 SEER to meet my projects title 24 requirements so I bought it. It arrived as a 15.3 SEER. I called them and they said I had to email. I emailed and they said they’d get back to me. After two weeks their response was “there isn’t an 18 SEER, here’s the certificate for the unit we shipped showing it at 16.4. I looked up the 18 SEER they’re still advertising on the site, attached it to me email and told them if they can’t get me at least a 17, I want my money back. No response…..

Overall excellent experience buying from this company. Great prices and service
