The speed of the transaction. I liked the buy now feature, I liked the updates throughout the process, and I liked negotiating with other sellers prior to making the deal.

The entire process was efficient and pleasant. Bezel has a great selection so I got the watch I wanted at a solid price.

Was a very transparent process. I was sent a photo of the movement (by request) and walked through entire process. The watch was better than I expected. Jack, my concierge was amazing and patient. I will definitely buy from them again.

The team is SO quick to help answer questions and give input on watches. They answered quickly, and helped me out with all of my questions about the logistics. They helped me out when I made a mistake and the piece I ended up purchasing was gorgeous, and perfectly in line with the description.

There was an issue with the watch, but they were prompt in addressing it and they got it back and refunded me. They do have great customer service and there is typically someone available to chat.

I had a very disappointing experience selling a watch through Bezel.

I listed and sold a watch that retails for around $5,000. Based on its condition, we agreed on a sale price just under $3,000, which I felt was fair. I shipped the watch to Bezel for authentication, but was later told that it failed because of nicks on the bezel that were supposedly not disclosed in the listing.

The problem is that these imperfections were clearly visible in all of the photos provided before the sale. Nothing about the watch’s condition had changed, and the agreed-upon price already reflected its wear.

After I explained this to Carlos in customer service, I was surprised to be asked to accept an additional $300 reduction in price. Since the condition of the watch was exactly as represented, this felt like an attempt to renegotiate the deal after the fact. I declined and had the watch returned to me.

In the end, I received my watch back, but the experience left me with little confidence in Bezel’s process. If the condition shown in listing photos can later be used as justification to demand a lower price after a sale has already been agreed upon, sellers should be aware of that risk.

Unfortunately, I won’t be doing business with Bezel again.

This was my first purchase, seamless process start to finish. Carlos did a great job answering my questions and I’m very pleased.

First purchase on Bezel. Nice to have the concierge team available for questions which was quick and concise. Seamless overall purchase process. I may not have found it on the site but wish there was more history on final sale and auction pricing of past items sold - for research purposes. While I received their authentication with the piece I would have liked that to have been a bit more interactive and detailed, for instance pics of the movement in the piece, verification of serial number on the lug. I would have added this to my purchase as further documentation.

My second purchase from the auction at Bezel. Both were excellent. Listing was accurate. Process was transparent except for the fine print on penalties if you win and change your mind. However, I understand the need for the penalties.

I asked some questions and they were promptly answered by the concierge service, I placed an offer, got a counteroffer and accepted. Less than a week later i got my watch at a great discount

The process itself was smooth and I am happy with my purchase. My main issue was the lack of response to questions that I had. I messaged multiple times on the help chat, and did not get an answer until after my purchase was completed.

Bezel team was very helpful with all of my questions. A few things that could help optimize the process. The sales tax was applied at the end based on the state you live in, that was never highlighted, that I could see, in the initial details on how the process works. Once the seller agrees on the price, Bezel only gives a 24hr time window for wire transfer, if you don't want to use CC. I made the deal over the weekend, and my bank required verification of the transfer, so it was taking >24hrs. I had to try and get a hold of Bezel to extend, which they did by 24hrs, but it's an added hassle that could have been avoided. Bezel states up-front that the watch could take 4 to 7 business days, based on the timing of the seller shipping it to Bezel, but this is where Bezel could force the seller to ship within 24 to 48hrs. My watch took the full 7 days, which is fine, but I would have liked to have gotten it quicker. I think Bezel does a really good job of communicating via email, chat, etc. Very timely with responses to any of my questions. I liked the phone call and personal review of my watch, with the Bezel content expert, walking me through the details of the watch prior to shipping to me. I would highly recommend using Bezel, I know i will be using them again!

The level of scrutiny Bezel puts each watch through is WILD. I bought the watch knowing everything I could possibly care to know about it. Jack was in constant contact and provided a detailed breakdown of the process. He even worked with me to find resolution to issues that worked for both me and the seller.

Team was very knowledgable and helpful. This is the 4th watch I've purchased through them and I will continue to do so! Highly recommend
