I still consider myself a beginner in…

I still consider myself a beginner in computer technology of any kind. With that reality in mind, this grandmother is successfully distributing devotionals to 130 avid readers bi-weekly. EZ Texting is living up to the name. Thank you!

The process is simple

The process is simple, intuitive, and versatile. I used it 50 days in a row for a daily devotional series. The responses I received from my recipients were so positive, I am gearing upo for round 2!

Good texting program for small business

Not entirely intuitive but after you figure it out it's quite easy and efficient to use this service. They also provide good tech support.

Account Fixes?

1) We pay for a year up front - every time our business credit card doesn't work for the extra teammate seat ($10) you disable our whole account. We would appreciate it if you could leave the account alone and just disable the teammate?
2) also, still can't reactivate the teammate seat for whatever reason due to something on your end?
3) Would be ideal for our business if we could pay for our subscription for a year at a time AND include the teammate seat for the whole year vs billing us monthly the $10.31.

I love the ease, Want an App!

I love the ease of sending texts to my students and parents. I have been using it for 3 years now, and I love it. I only wish it was available in an app so that I could access it on my phone instead of always having to open a web browser.

As an all-volunteer non-profit

As an all-volunteer non-profit, EZ Texting is just that - easy. It's a very effective tool we use to communicate with our participants. We started using text as a tool when we saw our email campaign open rate drop. The event information we were sending was critical for the participants to know. EZ Texting has solved a big issue for us - getting the message out.

Much easier to use than other platforms…

Overall just meh..

Removed bulk deleting options for "soft bounce". Categorizes phone numbers as a "soft bounce" even when that number continues to bounce repeatedly.
50/50 on if you get someone who will actually help you rather than gaslight you with "solutions" that don't actually exist.
Very expensive if you plan to send out a daily message.

You need to make the site more usable

You need to make the site more usable. For example, when we do an advanced search of contacts and get back results that include more than 200 we cannot message them all at the same time. The drop down only allows up to 200 to be selected. I have reported this before.

Ease of use, a bit pricey

We love the simplicity of EZTexting and their platform, however, it can get costly if you are sending a large amount of texts. We are an organization with about 300 clients, and the credits definitely add up, especially in addition to the annual subscription. We have decided to be more purposeful with WHAT we send texts for, for that reason. But otherwise, we do like the program!

Canceled same day, no refund issued

Purchased a product that was canceled and removed from my account the same day. Despite this, no refund has been issued.

I have already submitted a refund request (R-015653) and opened a dispute, but the issue remains unresolved.

This should be straightforward — if a product is canceled immediately and not used, the refund should be processed promptly.

EZ texting is OK

EZ texting is OK. It gets the job done and people get their texts. But if I’m honest, they charge way too much for credits, the app is horrendous, and I know there has to be something better out there.

Great support

Great support. Lee was very thorough onboarding and always quick respond, always there to help. Will has been extremely helpful from the start as well. Definitely recommend.

Wish there was a short cut if we need…

Wish there was a short cut if we need to edit 60 workflows at once, rather than edit ine by one. Same with adding multiple keywords to a campaign at once. It's too tedious, the way it is now.
