Wow these guys are the BEST!

Wow . I loved working with Extreme Kartz. Their employees are very knowledgeable and very patient with me as I had 100 questions. Because of this we bought our new Bolt 48V Lithium battery through them. Shipping was fast and professional.
Install went perfect and although we didn't need it , I know they were available for questions if we did.
I highly recommend EXTREME KARTZ!!!

Amazing customer service!

I had purchased a battery and a mirror for my golf cart. Shipping was quick and everything arrived in a timely manner. However, my security camera captured video of the delivery diver throwing my package and breaking the mirror. I reached out and within minutes I had an email response. They asked for a couple pictures of the damage. Once those were submitted I received an email confirming my “purchase” and tracking for a new mirror being sent up. Was the easiest replacement/exchange I have ever been involved in.

My experiences with Extreme Kartz have been EXCEPTIONAL!

My experiences with Extreme Kartz have been remarkable. I had professional assistance when I bought the Bolt lithium battery. Recently, I purchased the wrong windshield and Chris Gonzalez in support was a Rock Star. He researched the one I really wanted and made the process of the return and repurchase very easy.
I will always go to,Extreme Kartz first for all my cart needs.

I placed my order about 3 weeks ago and…

I placed my order about 3 weeks ago and was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks, but have heard nothing.
The batteries on my Polaris ranger no longer work well enough to propel the vehicle and I have been without a vehicle to use in the vineyard. I would greatly appreciate receiving the lithium replacement battery and accessories at your earliest convenience so I can get my vehicle operable Thank You. Other than the wait period I have no issues.

Bad customer service from Chris Gomez…

Bad customer service from Chris Gomez did not get all my stuff left a voicemail get a email wanting pics and shipping boxes pics that has been thrown away ask just give me a phone call but that was to much so I told them I would figure it out for myself all I was missing was the cap for securing my battery and the studs for the battery terminals but that was just to much for Chris thank god I had not ordered all the rest of my stuff yet they just screwed them selves out of another 4-5 thousand

James, we’re sorry your shipment was missing the battery hold-down cap and terminal studs. We understand how frustrating it is to receive an order and find that parts are missing.

Chris initially requested photos because that is part of our standard process for documenting missing items with the warehouse or manufacturer. Once you explained that the packaging had already been discarded and requested a phone call, our Head of Customer Care personally called you within three hours to assist.

That call went to voicemail, and a message was left asking you to call us back. A second call was made a few hours later, which also went to voicemail, and another message was left. We have also followed up by both email and text in an effort to get this resolved.

We completely understand that you work out of town and may not have been available when we called. However, we do want to clarify that your request for a phone call was addressed promptly, and our team has continued trying to reach you through multiple methods.

We remain ready and willing to help with the missing parts. Please return our call or respond to our email or text when you are available so we can work toward a resolution.

Not a great customer experience

Overall, adequate, but not a great experience. Not likely to shop with Extreme Kartz again.

Lithium battery conversion kit bundle did not include charging cord/wall plug. This unexpectedly set back getting the cart up and running by a few more days and cost another $50+ to order and wait for delivery. In fairness, after reviewing order, it was not listed as part of the bundle, but it should be part of the kit.

The wheels and tires we ordered were not in stock as shown on website. Extreme Kartz was good about notifying us ahead of shipment and removing them from our order ahead of charging our card. Ordered from another competitor without issues and had a much better overall experience.

20% restocking fees for unopened items we didn't need. Again, not necessarily unreasonable, but there are probably easier B2C companies to work with.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that the overall experience fell short of what you expected. Even when the individual issues are explained or resolved, we understand that several inconveniences together can leave a disappointing impression.

Regarding the charging cord, Eco Battery does not include one with this conversion kit, which is why it was not listed as part of the bundle. We do include it among the recommended add-ons, but we understand how easy it would be to assume everything needed to begin charging would be included with a complete conversion kit. A branded Eco Battery cord is not required, but we recognize that having to locate and purchase one separately still delayed your installation.

We’re also sorry the MODZ wheels and tires were unavailable despite appearing in stock. MODZ was unable to provide us with a consistently reliable inventory feed, and we have since stopped carrying the brand. Once we learned the items were unavailable, our team contacted you promptly, removed them before your card was charged, and offered available alternatives. We understand that needing to place another order elsewhere was still an inconvenience.

Our 20% restocking fee is disclosed in our return policy and is lower than the 25–30% commonly charged by many manufacturers and golf cart retailers. Even as some manufacturers have increased their fees, we have kept ours at 20% to avoid passing the full increase along to our customers. That said, we understand that any fee on unopened merchandise can be frustrating.

Customer service is our highest priority, and we hate to hear that you would not feel comfortable shopping with us again. We appreciate the opportunity to receive honest feedback and to explain the circumstances transparently. Your comments also help us identify where product details and expectations can be made clearer for future customers.

My stock AGM batteries needed to be…

My stock AGM batteries needed to be replace. In my research, replacing them with a litium battery was the choice. Checked serveral sources for the replacement battery and Extreme Kartz came out on top. I called them and the sales representative was "extremely" helpful. In the end I was very happy with the purchase.

Poor customer support

Rear seat arm rests were of good quality. However, website says 'universal', but they did not match the railing holes on my 2012 Club Car Precedent. Extreme Kartz only offered apology and suggested drilling new holes. I think this is unacceptable and poor product support.

To clarify, these arm rests are listed as a universal mount for steel/aluminum rear seats, which means they are designed to work across a wide range of rear seat kits. However, universal fitment does not always mean the holes will match every existing mounting pattern, especially if the previous arm rests were from a different brand or made specifically for that seat kit.

After reviewing the situation, our team explained that new mounting holes may be needed for installation. We understand that is not the answer you were hoping for, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. Our technicians are still available to help however needed if you have any questions during installation, and we always want customers to feel supported even when a universal product requires some adjustment during install.

Welcomed Cart Update!

I talked to several company representatives and requested their opinion on which battery to purchase and if they felt I could handle the install. Each one suggested the Bolt battery which was very impressive.

Eco Battery

I ordered, they delivered what I wanted. The instructions were clear. It was a bit tighter than I thought but it all worked.

Purchased a Spartan kit for my 2003…

Purchased a Spartan kit for my 2003 club car DS. It arrived quickly had a small problem with a crack in one of the body pieces which was quickly rectified by the company. A front was immediately sent out. Everything was in the kit needed to rebuild the cart completely. When I contacted extreme kartz I always got a reply pretty quickly. I think the kit made the cart look totally brand new for a reasonable price. The seats are comfortable look great the ruby red with the black looks awesome got lots of compliments on the golf cart. Everything was packaged pretty good and had identification on hardware so you knew which hardware went with what. So customer service is good, The freight company delivered it quickly and I would buy other products from this company.

The EB kit was perfect

The EB kit was perfect. My cart is better than new. With the heavy duty solenoid it is buttery smooth. Everything from EK was perfectly packaged. I have a couple small bits to return but that’s on me for not researching my cart setup a little before hand. EK has always been great, several of my neighbors also have installed kits from EK.
