frustrating service but love the item

have to keep on reaching out to customer service to obtain my credit. and they were not flexible in terms of switching my return method from credit to original payment. have to repurchase items.

the product itself is super nice!

Eric Javits’ response to my June 20 post

Eric Javits’ response to my June 20, 2026 post is completely untrue. I never received any of the responses or calculations they claim to have sent. Is it possible they repeatedly sent to an incorrect email? Highly unlikely. I consistently check my junk file and just to be certain I did numerous searches of all my emails. NO COMMUNICATION FROM ERIC JAVITS, just a lie. So, not only lousy customer service, but untrustworthy follow up to Trust Pilot posts. If they want to make good on this situation, they should reach out to me directly. Meanwhile, I reiterate my original advice - BUYER BEWARE: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My complaint is the same every time…

My complaint is the same every time with Eric Javits. The time between ordering and shipping and receipt of item is incredibly slow. I even paid for expedited VIP shipping and received the item 2 days later than anticipated which meant I could not bring my hat with me on my vacation. Very disappointed in that. The quality of the hats are excellent, but the shipping is terrible.

Service not good customer service respond so late
I paid for "Protect Package" and ordered online, but I didn't receive the package. I thought that by paying for "Protect Package," the item would be handed to me in person.
