I ordered my first test in March 2024... results early 2025
I ordered my first test in March 2024. It was faulty, and I didn't receive any information or SMS to tell me so. After a long e-mail exchange, I was sent a 2nd test. That too was faulty (the label could not be detached without ripping the reference number). I was sent a 3rd kit. Again, no SMS about results was sent, and I finally got my results (after a long exchange of e-mails) a couple of days ago, late January 2025. I was very disappointed at the service and lack of communication, as I requested an SMS each time to tell me when my results were ready. The report is a little tricky to read, has no page numbers, and is not well labelled. The bits relating to my own DNA was interesting, but a lot of the information on diet, training etc. which bulks out the report is pretty general.

Appalling service
Appalling service! The company haven’t sent me results in 9 weeks, and claims that it never got it. I used the postage label included in the package, so the chance of me putting wrong address is zero. Dynamic code promised that the delivery is prepaid, but it’s not true, as Netherland post office demanded that I should pay 10 euros, which I did.
I’ve given them my full details, QR-code and receipt from post office, and they refuse to reimburse me unless I provide the order number! This is totally unacceptable! The information I provided: my full name, email address, QR-code, activation date should be more than enough to locate my order. Awful attitude to customers, they kept my money for more than 2 month and now creating hurdles for reimbursement.

I sent my dna swab on the 18th of may still has not been received in Sweden and my wife's has been received after 10 days but results not processed! Just seems like they did marketing and actually have not got a product to offer. I feel totally conned.

It's a complete scam, updated after answer
It's a complete scam, the DNA has nothing to do with food and exercise fitting a person and the small genetic variations that can influence that is impossible to see from a DNA-test.
Just expensive bro-science
Got a reply, and it's still bro science. DNA will not affect what kind of exercise you should do, or how you should eat.
Every healthy body processes protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals the same.
Losing weight is "just" about calories in calories out, if you use more energy than you put in, you will lose fat. Normal food, LCHF, Keto, carnivore, vegan doesn't matter for weight loss or weight gain, it's just personal preference that makes it easier for some to reach the calorie deficiency needed to lose weight.
DNA is extremely important, but no test will be able to show variations like preference for food, different builds/injuries that affects the exercise people should do.
So still BS and "trust me bro"
If they want to prove me wrong I'm willing to take a test and see if it shows those variations I know I have, but of course it doesn't as it's impossible

The test has been developed according to Dynamic Codes’ quality guidelines and is based on a robust technical foundation with proven PCR methodology and at least two independent scientific studies supporting the link between marker and the genetic analysis.
Dynamic Codes analysis method has been validated by comparing obtained genotypes with Sanger sequencing and qPCR designed by external laboratory. The validation was performed on 33-61 samples per genetic marker and gave an accuracy of 98.1% for GSTP1, and 99.9% for all other 15 markers.

Waste of money. I send my test to lab. First test of nail fungal was missing.They send me another one. And result? Its not true. I have nail fungal. Checking by doctor. Just want to know what Type of this. Check the result today and they said I Dont have nail fungal. Hahahahaha. Thank you to waste my money.

It's possbile that our analysis does not detect the fungi you have or that the sample provided contained just below the amount of filamentous fungi we need to give a result that is positive for nail fungus. Every lab have their own criteria for when positive or negative which can be helpful to know. Below you can see the filamentous fungi we detect.
Our self-sampling kit for nail fungus uses a well-proven PCR analysis method to detect the presence of nail fungus. The analysis method is based on PCR and detects several different species within the genera Trichophyton, Microsporum and Epidermophyton; including T. rubrum, T. interdigitale, T. mentagrophytes, T. terrestre, T. tonsurans T. verrucosum, M. canis, M. audouinii, M. gypseum and E. loccosum.

Happy with the process, and I will order new samples with them if I ever need them
I am very happy about this purchase. I ordered the product in the morning and received it the same day after lunch. I sent the package with my sample, arriving at Dynamic Code facilities the day after I sent it around noon. I got my results two days after they received the samples (as they state on the website). For reference, I sent my sample on Monday evening and received the results on Thursday around lunch 😊 Happy with the process, and I will order new samples with them if I ever need them.

It normally takes between 2 - 4 working days for samples to be delivered to us, but we recommend that you wait a little longer to give the sample a chance to arrive. If the sample has not arrived, we will of course send you a new sampling kit, at no extra cost.

Take your money but no results given

I now have a much better idea of what foods I should eat/avoid and how to tweak my training routines for better results.
Good value for money for a potentially life-changing test.
