Useless website (currently)

Managed to buy a fan from the UK website, which is pretty good, apart from its tendency to point at the floor when it's switched off, instead of staying pointed in the direction I want it to. Reason for the three stars is that the website currently has nothing in stock. Pretty pointless.

Smart choice

I bought the smart heater for my bathroom. Only regret is not purchasing it sooner. Absolutely like everything about it. Will be purchasing another one for my home office.

Overall, a good purchase

The product is a bit expensive, for what it is, but I am really glad that they decided to provide a stainless version of the tray. Also, the shipping was SUPER fast. The tray looks to be well made, but only time will tell...

What an impressive company and product

What an impressive company and product. We bought a milk frother and the first one sent was not working properly - loud noises and flat (although hot) milk. I reached out to the company and they asked for videos of the issues. I sent them to a lovely lady called Carol who was very responsive and supportive. She sent me a replacement which is brilliant and is the best frother I have ever had. My experience with them has been outstanding. They stood by their promises and replaced immediately with no argument and I am so glad I gave them the opportunity to do so. Buy DREO you will not be disappointed. It has taken me a while to get this review done but I love using my frother and just realised I had been remiss in commenting.

Sort your Amazon listing out !!

Sort your Amazon UK listings out , fans are available and I have been trying to check out a fan for a week now but apparently there is a technical issue , Amazon customer service say they have had 100s of complaints that week saying the same thing , they also keep increasing the price from £199 to £867 , seems a bit of a scam .

Superb fans! The finest fans I've ever owned! Highly recommend.

I purchased four fans produced by This company:
Three-2off compact misting fans, and one pedestal fan – the latter acquired directly from their website, which provided prompt delivery. Additionally, they offered a coupon on their site.
One large misting fan obtained from Currys, as it was the sole retailer offering it for rapid delivery (within five days).
These are high-quality fans, impeccably packaged, with assembly thoughtfully designed and straightforward – simply follow the instructions on the box. All the fans I selected are smart models, equipped not only with a remote control but also a dedicated application for remote operation, scheduling, and other features.
If you have acquired or intend to acquire a misting fan: Establish an account with Spotless Water. If their outlets are conveniently located, this will significantly reduce the expense of deionized water for the fans to merely a few pence per liter, a notable contrast to the 70p-90p per liter typically found online.

Greatest fan I Owned

Greatest fan ever, I would 100000 percent recommend this brand of fans.

I have 2 Dreo Oscillating fans and both of these fans are the best fans that I have ever purchased

Customer service is outsourced garbage

Customer service is outsourced garbage. Ordered a fan on 6/20, Fedex label created 6/22 and it never shipped. Customer service tried to tell me it "takes time to update the status". I get 20-30 Fedex packages a month, it does not take NINE DAYS to update the status. They never shipped it. Earlier reviewer is saying they can't meet the demand, seems likely. Instead of feeding me BS, it would have been better to come clean. Now I'm going to file a chargeback. Stick to the major brands, this company is a total joke.

I bought the 518 tower fan pre…

I bought the 518 tower fan pre heatwave.
What a superb unit lots of choices of speed and settings well worth the money and quiet too!
My only criticism of the comany, I respect their brilliant fans sell well, but they have no processes in place to tell you when new stocks are due. They do sell on Amazon but that’s a site I refuse to use.

Will definitely recommend

Bought a fan through amazon dreo 513s.
Its been amazing. Been using it for a week now.. shocked at how good the fan is. I had some problem with the connection, I emailed them and with in few hours they respond...

They were upgrading so the connection had problem for few hours.. working good now and extremely powerful.

Hopefully it doesn't breakdown. Been helping with the heatwave

Will definitely recommend..
I also ordered a 2nd dreo fan 513s. But amazon sent the wrong model that amazon don't even sell, no clue how that happens.. sent it back and now they don't have it in stock.

Excellent product, shipping/communication problems

Firstly I have a fix if you are having DPD problems like I did.

So the company sent me a text with a tracking number but I couldn’t add safe place or neighbour and I received no tracking updates to my email or phone.

I believe this is Dreo’s fault for not adding ALL of the customer details to their outbound order with DPD.

I have had successful deliveries from DPD for years with no problems whatsoever, they usually send a email or text the morning of delivery with a 1 hour time slot.

I got no timeslot so the first day my Fan was attempted delivery late afternoon and then taken away.

So couldn’t change in the App or logged in on the website, the fix you have to click ‘contact customer service’ on the DPD website and you then get the Safe Space/Neighbour screen after a few more clicks, you can now leave a safeplace or designated neighbour a feature you should have had from tracking in the app but DREO messed it all up.

So the DPD guy came today once again no contact saying item was out for delivery but they left in my safe place! Thank god!

I was loosing my marbles yesterday in the heatwave really not happy that my fan had been misdelivered.

Anyway got the fan up and running today the 765s Tower Misting fan. It’s awesome, I am now coping on the hottest day of the year. I very nearly didn’t get my fan though.

4 stars because of the shipping/communication problems, very happy with the product however.

Great fans and great customer support

I have two Dreo tower fans, which have been excellent. My version can be controlled via remote control, App or via Alexa. Having suddenly experienced a problem with not being able to control them via the App, I contacted Dreo support who responded to say that issue was fixed within a few hours. Brilliant customer service, Ian (Hesung) and such a pleasure to deal with a company that actually cares about its customers.

Company cannot meet demand and did not provide an adequate customer service

I would give zero stars if it was possible. We placed an order on 8 June in anticipation of the heatwave and have not received the misting fan yet. A notification that the parcel had been dispatched was sent on the day we placed the order. However, DPD has still not received the parcel as of today (24 June). The customer service claims that DPD is experiencing a warehouse issue and is unable to expedite the delivery, offering a 10% discount. The company is obviously unable to meet the current demand and has not provided a clear explanation for this delay.

Update: 1/07/2026
Although the company initially offered to ship the fan again on June 25 as it must have been lost by DPD, the company is now giving us a refund as the fan is now sold out. This has been a huge waste of time.

10/10 - An amazing brand I highly recommend!

This product is honestly amazing. I have a fan from this brand and it works so well, it's super quiet and super efficient.
The remote is great and I really like the app. It's very simple to use and connecting it to your phone is super easy. Being able to control it from anywhere without even being on the same Wi-Fi is awesome.
Plus, their customer service is super efficient. It's a great brand, I recommend 10/10!
