I purchased an Xbox account through…

I purchased an Xbox account through Difmark, but before using it I discovered that it was not a full-access account. To receive verification codes, I was instructed to use a third-party website provided by the seller rather than having direct control of the email and security settings.

I did not log in, activate, or use the account because I did not feel comfortable with this access method. I requested a refund immediately, but the seller refused on the basis that the account details had already been delivered. I have contacted Difmark support and am currently waiting for them to review the case.

I will update this review depending on how Difmark handles the issue.

But please note, if your problem is related to the fact that you did not read the product description or the description of the offer or you bought the product by mistake and after delivery you ask for a refund, your Claim will be rejected.
But if the seller has violated the delivery rules or the product is not working, our team will respond to your Claim and finalise it in your favour.

Ingannevole

Order number: [3371779]. Scam. I bought a game but they provided an illegal shared Nintendo account, which is against Nintendo TOS and risks banning my console. Support in chat is completely ignoring my refund requests. Avoid this website!"

Possibly the worst company I have ever…

Possibly the worst company I have ever bought something off, firstly the seller sold me something that was completely unsafe for security reasons, asked for a refund as I hadn’t received the product and told no. I then opened a dispute due to this which difmark decided to close without helping me or even informing me they were closing it. I have now had to get in contact with my bank to raise a dispute to retrieve my money back. Unhelpful money grabbing SCAMMERS!!

My favorite gray market, they don't have that weird-predatory subscription auto-checker on like other sites.
