Inconsiderate driver
I am a frequent user uf Dial 7 service. They usually do an excellent job, This was an exception. The problem was the driver.For the whole trio after over an hour He has the radio on playing music, that for us, was undesirable. Being captive to somebody elses' entertainment choice is a terrible experience. proper protocol is that the driver shouldn't turn the radio on, without first getting permission from the customer.I hope Dial 7 won't use this driver again.

The car was clean
The car was clean, neat and comfortable. The driver was helpful and courteous. He was on time and had familiarized himself with the route. Therefore when we encountered a downed tree across the road he had an alternative ready.

Dial 7 never disappoints!
Dial 7 drivers are always dependable, prompt, polite and very accommodating. The vehicles are upscale and clean. I don't consider utilizing any other company from the NY area airports into Manhattan.

I use dial 7 a lot - the dispatchers are very efficient and helpful . The drivers are pleasant and are good drivers . And today when I called 3 hrs before my pickup time and asked to be picked up an hour earlier it was done !
