Lily at Destify was absolutely Amazing!
Lily at Destify was absolutely incredible to work with while planning our destination wedding! From the very first conversation, she was patient, organized, and genuinely invested in getting every detail right. We had a lot of moving pieces to coordinate dates, guest counts, resort options and Lily made the entire process feel easy instead of overwhelming. She was quick to respond, always had answers ready, and made sure we understood all our options before making decisions.
Thanks to her, we booked our wedding in Punta Cana with total confidence, and I can't recommend her enough to anyone planning a destination wedding. If you're looking for an agent who actually cares and knows what they're doing, ask for Lily!

Lily, one of the destination coordinators, was lovely to work with. We appreciated her patience, her diligence, and all her efforts in helping us gather details for planning a destination wedding in the Dominican Republic. She played a vital role in helping us find options that tailored to our vision, expectations, and budget. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she would go on a search for it so that we had what we needed for making educated decisions. Though we ended up taking a different direction for our wedding, we were so thankful for her patience, hours of communication, and overall effort at the beginning stages that we had to rave about our experience.

Lily is the best!
Lily was so patient with us as we flipped ideas back and forth, sometimes going in circles with what we wanted and with our budget, etc. She was down to earth and kind and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a destination wedding. You will not be let down.

If I could give Destify zero stars I would
If I could give Destify zero stars, I would. This was easily one of the most frustrating, disappointing, and weird experiences we’ve ever had. From the start, Destify was promising. We spoke with “Senion Wedding Consultant”, Ha. Honestly, Ha was very nice and sold us that dream destination wedding we were looking for. We were interested in booking Barcelo Aruba. Ha priced it out for us, sent us packages, and talked about wedding dates. This is when things started to go downhill. It turns out, destify had all the incorrect package prices, so the package we liked- was not possible at that price point. Fine, even with that, we were still dumb enough to listen to Destify and how they make everything “seamless” and they provide so much for couples... Destify provides a wedding website so your guests can book directly through them and attend your destination wedding. Here is the one down fall- Destify charges your guests about $3k more then if they were to book through the resort... so what is the benefit of using a third party like destify? Not sure. But don't worry.... your guests can price match!!!(they use this as some weird sales tactic then throw it back in your face). No, your guests can't price match.... they declined everyone of mine. Booking rooms directly through Barcelo Aruba is about $3k cheaper than destify rates and they STILL would not honor it. I voiced my opinion to Ha, she was very apologetic, useless, but apologetic. Along with Jasmine, who I am still confused on her role there as she proved to be less than helpful with any of our concerns. Completely useless. Communication was a nightmare -when I did get a response, it was vague, generic, and didn’t actually address my questions. It felt like no one knew what they were doing or cared enough to help. Honestly, I ended up doing more work telling my guests not to book through destify because of their scam price system than they did actually planning the trip. That defeats the entire purpose of using an agency like Destify. Thank god for our resort as they took over and will be taking care of us from now until our wedding date. Save yourself (and guests) the stress, time, and money—stay far away from Destify. They add zero value and turn what should be an enjoyable experience into a complete headache.

Wedding package details and pricing on the Destify website are updated as we receive information from our resort partners. While we do our best to keep everything as current as possible, inclusions and pricing are always subject to change and are ultimately confirmed during the wedding booking process. Throughout that process, package details are shared and reviewed with the resort, allowing couples to verify all pricing before final confirmation. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused.
Regarding the pricing differences you mentioned, rates on the Destify website may not always exactly match those on a resort’s direct site due to factors such as flash sales, member-only rates, and limited-time promotions. For this reason, we offer a price match program for all couples and their guests. In reviewing your example, it appears the lower rate from the resort included member pricing and additional discounts, which can significantly impact the total. That said, we understand your concern and regret any confusion surrounding the pricing.
In terms of the price match requests, our review of the guest communication shows that some submissions included non-refundable and member-only rates, which typically fall outside of our standard policy. However, exceptions were made and those rates were approved. Ultimately, the guests chose not to proceed and instead requested deposit refunds, which were honored in line with our policies. One of your guests left a positive review regarding the price matching process and the interaction with the Destify agent assisting them.
We’re also very sorry to hear your concerns regarding communication with your Client Experience Lead. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to learn more and address this directly. We will be sending a separate follow up email shortly, and our team will be happy to assist further.

UNETHICAL COMPANY
If I could rate it a negative star I would have. Our entire family paid the $150 non-refundable fee, which was in excess of thousands of dollars. The bride and groom decided to cancel the wedding, which would have been in December. Destify claims the $150 is for administrative costs, but what costs? The reservations were made two weeks before the wedding was canceled. This company is unethical and unreasonable. I would NEVER recommend Destify to anyone.
Seriously, Destify can justify administrative costs within a two-week time period for over thousands of dollars? Destify robbed out family and absolutely REFUSE to make an exception. They also indicated the would help us change dates so we don't lose our money. That's not what they said when I made a complaint with the BBB - they said the money was not transferable to any other dates. Destify are liars and thieves. I am going to let every social media platform what type of company Destify is and how they stole from us.
