Couldn’t be happier with my experience purchasing the Daphnis sofa bed from Daals - Paul was super helpful in making sure the delivery went smoothly, the couch was delivered and carried into my flat, and the quality and look of it is 10/10. It required no assembly other than screwing on the legs which took all but 3 minutes. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great sofa bed with little assembly work.

Bought a maru three door shoe rack. I am reasonably good at assembly and was careful. Doors won't shut and basically doesn't work. Concerningly haven't registered the review on their website. Avoid as can be ludicrously over engineered

I ordered 6 chairs without realising the boxes had two chairs so ended up with 12! You’ve been c efficient verbally telling me you’ll issue a refund for the 6 that were taken by the courier firm but nothing in writing. Please confirm a refund.

Dave and Dan kept us informed when they were on there way. They pointed out the box was damaged in a number of places and if it was faulty to get in touch,
Thankfully there was nothing wrong with the parasol and really pleased with it.

Amazing sofa and customer service. Timely delivery and the customer care team kept us up to date with delivery times and on the day we got access to a link to track the van and know almost exactly the time we will receive the sofa. Thanks to Rachael for arranging everything!

Excellent bed frame!! Just as described, very sturdy and straight forward to put together. The frame is better made than others I’ve had in the past from other companies. Would highly recommend this product. The customer service team were very helpful and informative about delivery. Delivery was super quick and the guys were very helpful bringing the boxes in where I needed them to be. Can’t fault this company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

We received our furniture damaged, after being told we had to repackage the furniture in the same packaging even though this had been sent for recycling. We managed to complete this, after weeks of waiting we were given a time slot for the next day -only for this to be cancelled as we did not respond to personal email with one hour.

So far, one star, if that! The units were supposed to be white - they are greyish green (and one part is damaged). Numerous emails exchanged. Boxes opened at their request, parts photographed and sent, at their request - twice! Now they want us to reopen the boxes AGAIN, take the parts out AGAIN, video them and send the video to prove they are not white. THEY ARE NOT WHITE! I am so frustrated and once I’ve taken all the parts out of a very slim box, it will be impossible to get them back in. What are they going to ask for next(?) They are making us jump through hoop after hoop before they will collect the items (are they just hoping I will give up?!). I will never buy from them again. A complete waste of time and money. Still waiting for them to resolve! Not recommended

Called me to check delivery times were suitable for us and when we asked them to make a change, it was done immediately, it’s so rare to still have some helpful human contact which makes sorting out things so much quicker and easier. I would definitely use this company again.

There were a couple of dents in the product. Also struggled to fit my partners shoes it in and he is a size 9.

Really happy with the furniture, easy to build with clear instructions. Delivery had live tracking info and the driver Taite James was friendly and polite.

Good communication

We bought some daals furniture secondhand without the manual. We requested the manual and they won’t send us the manual without an order number (which we can’t source). Consequently we are left with a daals product we can’t assemble.
