They were fine. Dispatched & received in good condition. Happy with the service.

I have several orders outstanding worth hundreds of pounds.

I contacted LaBlanche about my order with them. They admitted to me that they have my goods but will not send me my order because the postage would be too much for them to send it to me from Germany! THIS IS DISGUSTING!

I also contacted Studio Light who were extremely rude. They also admitted that they have my goods but will not send me my order. They then went on to whinge and complain to me about Create and Craft! I JUST WANT WHAT I'VE PAID FOR!

I have not been able to contact all the other suppliers that I have placed orders with, they are just ignoring my emails.

THEFT! THEFT! THEFT!

Very happy with shopping with create and craft, order usually arrives within a week from purchase and is well packaged.

I would have given 0 star if I could have, I have been a loyal customer since the days of Alan & Barry long before C&C took over, So having just read the C&C statement thanking all their LOYAL CUSTOMERS and how much they loved us.Well I do not think so you took my money on the 24th Sept and a host of others then the receiver came and was appointed Director thus removing the owners on the 25th Sept I have till I retired after 40years in diff finance firms Accountancy etc and you do not appoint some one over night they will have had talks for months and at that stage even if hopes had been real and they could have re:opened it should have been stopped from trading first signs of trouble it is blatant theft in my view. Thankfully my large order was month before and delivered and my last was a La Blanche last minute buy and not to expensive reading other reviews and how big a loss some had its appalling. I wrote to La Blanche in Germany asking as her goods had delay till 9th Oct which is usual for her
who had my order her or had she shipped to C&C they said they were working with the company and hoped it would soon be resolved and I would receive them I wrote back thanking her for the answer but did not see that happening for any of the customers whatever brands they had bought.I would want to know what is happening to our orders that are sitting in the warehouse it would be appalling and should be illegal for them to give them back to suppliers or sold at auction to recoup money back for large creditors as its our money which ever way you look at it the orders should be filled and whatever is left the suppliers and C&C should fight it out who gets what.
I also note that the last orders I did with them no Confirmation was sent so was this also part of the plan thus not being able to view the order now I have a credit card ref from C&C not a code
if we had known I am sure all customers would have taken note of their account.

Why are suppliers of the products advertised ALLOWING their pre-recorded shows to STILL go on air, days after the Company knew they were going into administration? Tonic Studios, Hunkydoru, LaBlanche etc etc ?? Surely they have some legal redress from stopping Create and Craft from continuing to offer their products ??

I was about to contact Create and Craft Customer Services about a non delivery of my order placed a month ago only to hear the message that they are not taking calls!! But the company have been offering the same product for some time now. Shocking that they have been taking orders and payments knowing they were going into administration.
Have since read the other reviews and I’m shocked to hear how much other poor customers have lost !! Puts my £27.44 into the Minor League!!
And that awful presenter with her put on ‘eee by gum!!’ accent.
As a Yorkshire lass, born and bred, she makes me cringe… I used to avoid shows she was on with her foghorn voice!

But the harm was done two years ago when most of our favourite presenters ‘left’ or were ‘pushed out’???

The format changed… the website was suddenly almost impossible to navigate through. I didn’t renew my membership but sadly got sucked in by the Xmas hype again and made my first order in two years … thank God I didn’t take up their offer to buy tickets to their NEC show !!

I am another victim of this company. Placed an order 2nd October & have not received goods. Emailed & no response. Phoned & again no response. Didn't know they were in trouble till I read reviews on here. Feeling a bit stupid at being ripped off.

They were still taking money from customers at 10.00pm on the Thursday evening before they had the Insolvency Consultant appointed as Director the next morning. They knew they were going to do this less than 12 hours before they did it. How is this not illegal?

Not had to complain about this Company until my last order. Bought an embroidery machine along with other items to go with it. Took 2 weeks to receive after chasing it, only to find out I only received 1 parcel out of 2 parcels. I was asked to take photographs of what I had received to prove I was not hiding them. Seemed odd as the POD from the Courier proved that only 1 parcel was delivered.
Took a further 4 weeks to get my missing items and a phone call to C & C every other day chasing them as they only rang me once with an update - then when the parcel arrived there was still an item missing. Threatening to send everything back which I would have did I receive my missing item. Most of the ladies on the other end of the phone were helpful a couple were not [got used to their voices in the end so knew which response I was going to get] I kept a cool head each time a rang as it was not their fault - but I was very annoyed come the end of it all.
If this happens again I will be purchasing from shops in my area regardless of the good prices you can get from from this Company.

I have been a member of C&C for many years, and have spent thousands of pounds on craft supplies.
I have no idea what is happening currently, I have outstanding orders since 30th September, and 2nd October (this has supposedly been shipped, but definitely not received).
They take your money straight away, with No explanation of what is happening. It is very frustrating and disappointing, especially as there are few craft supply shops on the high street and not everyone can get out to the shops.

Always been happy with my items .
Ordered sme items on the 22/09/24 House of Alistair still waiting not happy

Bought stacking card storage unit on wheels. Within a month the wheels snapped off, after contacting Create and craft they stated no guarantees, also non with supplier. Unit was £66.00. now not fit for purpose.

I would have given no stars but!!!! I placed a very large order 10 weeks ago for a deluxe knightsayer 2.0 which was nearly £3000. I was told 4-6 weeks then it went to 4-8 weeks now they want me to wait an additional 4-8 weeks. You can’t phone to speak to someone. The thing is this item was a gift from my dad who passed away recently , I’ve asked for a refund (which I didn’t want to because it was off my dad) but somehow they can’t read that part of my email!!!!! I’m so frustrated, angry, annoyed and everything in between. DO NOT buy from this company as you will be disappointed, less money in the bank and without your item/s.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CREATE AND CRAFT AS I HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY ARE MOST LIKELY BE GOING INTO LIQUIDATION. THEY ARE TAKING MONEY FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS KNOWING THEY WOULD NEVER SEND OUT ORDERS. I CONTACTED MY BANK FRAUD TEAM ND I HAVE NOW LEFT IT TO THEM TO TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I WISH I NEVER ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY

Paid for an item beginning of September. Never received. States still processing.
Unable to contact. You then find out they have been taken customers money knowing they cannot fulfil the order.
In the current climate when money is tight I find this disgusting.
They have treated their customers terribly

Now Create and Craft deny ever dealing with me as a customer. They deny the emails I have which clearly shows the order numbers. Apparently never heard of them and channel now finished and a new one called create and stash. Tried to report to Trading Standards as advised by my bank, but even the online form is missing. Uk is a sham. Nothing works. Everyone ripping people off and nothing we can do about it. The Uk is an absolute disgrace . Stay away we are dyingof hunger and the cold. What happened at Grenfell should tell you all you need to know about uk. It is NOT the land of plenty. It's a land of oppression and lies.

Wow you really have done it this time, you have taken customers money and not supplied good, you have stolen customers money for membership which is fraud, no updates to customers, police fraud services have been informed so has trading standards you cant just take money and not inform if you are going to be trading or not

I was an avid fan of create and craft, what the heck has happened to the show
The presenters of some of the show are like over excited kids and are so false it’s embarrassing. Sorry but you have lost a loyal follower and customer who has watched create and craft from day one with Barry and his partner in crime, can’t remember his name

Not a recent experience if buying but recent read if these reviews!! Are these people actual crafters I wonder??!! Having a go at the oh so talented Lou and Leonie. I have met both of them and they are the kindest, most generous people you could know. I see one of these reviewers is a serial complainer

Drivel, especially the presenters. Expensive also. They are not the be and end all you know.also I never order from them now,hardly ever ordered from them before. To the reviewer about Sara Davis SD is a big head and now she’s on dragons den she used to be shy, apparently. Tonic presenter annoying also with okay a lot said and ideas not new. Maybe that’s the problem. The male presenters are a joke.

I don’t buy items as I’m not into actual crafting (I’m terrible at it), but, love to watch the channel when Dawn Wheeler, Leonie Pujol, Sarah Payne or Katherine Sturrock are on ❤️ I love the enthusiasm and energy they bring to the show as well as their crafting abilities; I would also like to give a mention to Janice Phillips as she is also a favourite of mine and I love it on the rare occasions she does some crafting for us ❤️❤️
However, I really dislike when the messy, craft lady Lou Withers is on, as she makes something and then proceeds to ruin it 😒
