I love this software! I use it for grammar, spelling and for some coding issues from time to time. It is very helpful, and I often want to purchase the subscription. Also, would consider doing the 23... See more

I am forced to upgrade to Plus subscription to continue chat with attachments
Maximum you can type 10 messages for free. And then chat will be blocked you'll be limited for 5 hours or until tomorrow. It used to be good AI agent now it's not anymore. There's no ability to switch models, how dare ChatGPT are.
I wanted to attach 10 files, but no, only 3-4 files able to successfully attach.
Although it's a great tool
Although it's a great tool, i'm not quite sure about the accuracy of the responses. Even after clarifying that only refer to the official resourcse, info is derived from somewhere else and i have to check manually eveything. I hope they solve it, otherwise its mindblowing
The longer I use ChatGPT
The longer I use ChatGPT, the more disappointed I become, even as a Plus subscriber.
The platform often feels unnecessarily slow, and the overall user experience has become increasingly frustrating. Tasks that should be simple sometimes take much longer than expected, which negatively affects productivity and workflow.
As a paying customer, I genuinely expected a faster, smoother, and more reliable experience. I hope the team can continue improving performance and responsiveness, as these issues can be quite discouraging for regular users.
Chatgpt use caution
As far as their actual editing photos it is quite good. The communication sucks. I signed up for their $19.99 plan after a few days they stopped my service saying I had reached my limit. Attempted communication was futile to say the least. I stopped payment on my card to get there attention. I did get their attention. Rather than reaching out to find why they locked the photos I had finished. I did try to communicate with them and their response was no communication just a form to put in my credit card info that would be billed $55.00 a month. No other info.

ChatGPT can't even remember previous chat. He makes me so frustrated. I ll rate him zero. Can't even follow order and can't give what I want.
ZERO customer service at Claude
I have an active subscription with with Claude. Used the free app to test then signed up. I'm paid up but my account is still considerd"free" and limited despite my payment. I have wasted hours trying to correct this but every time I get to a certain point with their AI....yes I;m informed I need to subscribe to continue because I have used up my free inventory. TERRIBLE customer service. AI in this case is stunned and clearly they dont care much about customer service and put all their customer service in the hands of AI. I strongly suggest you look around.
ChatGPT review
ChatGPT is a very useful tool for writing, brainstorming, and answering questions as well as building guidelines. It saves me a lot of time in my daily work and my life. However, it occasionally provides inaccurate information, so I still have to double-check important details.
Most of it's answers are stochastic
Most of it's answers are stochastic: it's basically just repeating what you told it back to you, with little added insight. I also noticed it's highly biased to post modern, western perspectives which likely derives from it's pre-training dataset. This is a problem for a tool that's being used across different cultures and it might lead to what philosophers call an epistemic monoculture.
I was very satisfied with 4.1 but with…
I was very satisfied with 4.1 but with the last models they destroied it. Censorship everywhere, wrong answers. Don't waste your money.
ChatGPT is the worst thing I've ever used
The dumbest thing ever made it forgets everything basically instantly, its code barely even works, doesn't listen well at all, and its code is basically never what you ask for. It has some of the most annoying restrictions I have ever seen in my experience of using AI and if OpenAI is going to waste water on this thing; they need to make it actually smarter. I asked to make me a Minecraft horror mod and its taking days all because it keeps forgetting what I say, it can't make everything in 1 because its making the code fail with compile errors, and more. I genuinely only use ChatGPT because it's just smarter than Gemini, they give you the smallest chat limit, can't upload, images, chats, files, videos or anything unless you buy their Plus subscription which is just ridiculous because nobody wants to spend a $30 subscription for what should be given to people. OpenAI already makes millions everyday and they still can't cut a bit of slack for people
Chatgpt waste you time
Chatgpt waste you time, this is really the most idiot and censorship website i ever see. Chatgpt automatic used this always: We are sorry, but the prompt may violate our guidelines regarding nudity, sexuality, or erotic content. If you think we are wrong, please try again or change your prompt. Even you don't violate any rules they doing this 3 times so you reach you limit. Its always i tried with other accounts on other PC and my friend also tried this. Wel congrats who ever made this you got the reward from most idiot in the world really

Poor Customer Support After a Business-Critical Outagee negative reviews
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I'm extremely disappointed with my experience.
I was a paying ChatGPT Pro subscriber when a core Codex feature (Computer Use) stopped working for several days. The outage significantly disrupted my business and forced me to purchase a competing AI subscription so I could continue working.
I reported the issue promptly, spent hours troubleshooting, and provided extensive diagnostic information to help OpenAI investigate. Support acknowledged the issue and even stated that a pro-rated refund could have been considered. However, because the support process extended beyond the original billing period, I was ultimately told that no refund, account credit, or goodwill compensation could be provided.
What disappointed me most wasn't the outage itself—it was the handling of the situation afterward. Despite reporting the issue while I was a paying customer and cooperating throughout the investigation, the final outcome was that the passage of time during the support process meant no resolution was available.
As someone who mentors coaches and regularly recommends software, I can no longer recommend ChatGPT Pro or Codex based on this experience. The product has a lot of potential, but when something goes wrong, the support experience has left me with very little confidence.
I hope OpenAI improves both its customer support processes and its approach to resolving issues that materially affect paying customers.
Always has an answer in a good way
ChatGPT constantly wants to argue about everything......
ChatGPT constantly wants to argue about everything. It doesn't feel like a conversation anymore. It keeps trying to steer you in the wrong direction. It's also set up so that whenever certain topics come up, it immediately switches into debate mode instead of just talking things through and thinking along with you. I mean, if I wanted to argue all the time, I would have talked to another person instead. It's constantly saying things like, "Yeah, but you shouldn't assume that..." or "I'd be careful with that conclusion..." It keeps making you feel like you're the crazy one. This became so annoying that I canceled my subcription.
Unexpected Third-Party Billing Enrollment and No Real Support
I've been a paying ChatGPT Plus subscriber for quite some time, and while I still find the product useful, my trust in it has declined significantly.
First, accuracy. ChatGPT often presents speculation, assumptions, or generalized information as though it were established fact. The answer is too frequently incorrect or could have been verified with additional research. I often find myself repeating the same instructions multiple times to get a narrow, direct, evidence-based answer instead of a vague or overly generalized one.
Second, transparency. My ChatGPT Plus subscription renewed on June 19, 2026. The same day, I received an email from Stripe Link stating that my Link wallet was ready and referencing my OpenAI subscription. This came as a complete surprise because my ChatGPT billing page showed no indication that Link was involved. When I investigated, Link recognized my phone number and attempted to onboard me into a Link wallet account. Link would let me log in, but I could not find a way to opt out without first completing the registration process. I found that troubling. If a routine subscription renewal can trigger enrollment into a third-party payment ecosystem that was never clearly disclosed to me, it raises questions about what else may be happening behind the scenes.
Third, customer support. There is effectively no meaningful support within ChatGPT itself. I was directed to OpenAI's Help Center and had to log in again separately. When I asked a specific question about the Link enrollment and what information had been shared, the support AI responded with unrelated instructions about exporting data and deleting my account. Repeating and clarifying the question produced the same result. Requests for human assistance received no meaningful response. I was unable to get a straightforward answer to a legitimate privacy and billing concern.
Fourth, usage limits. Even as a paying subscriber, file upload limits seem inconsistent and unpredictable. Sometimes I can upload many related files, while other times I am limited to only a few. This makes it difficult to analyze or summarize groups of related documents.
ChatGPT remains a somewhat useful tool. I use it for personal finance summaries, fact-checking news and social media claims, translation, drafting emails, searching for help instructions for other sites, and many other tasks. The problem is not usefulness. The problem is lack of consistency and a dissolution of trust.
Accuracy, transparency, confidentiality, and support are essential. When the system confidently provides incorrect information, when billing-related relationships are not clearly disclosed, and when support cannot answer specific questions, confidence in the platform erodes.
For me, the issue is no longer whether ChatGPT is useful. I use it. It helps me. But I've lost confidence in its accuracy, transparency, and support. The Link incident caused me to question the confidentiality of information associated with my account.
A very pleasent experience with chatgpt

I had a very negative experience using ChatGPT. It generated inappropriate content that was completely unacceptable and not what I intended. This raised serious concerns about safety and content moderation. I do not recommend it based on this experience, as it failed to meet expectations for responsible and reliable output.
