The cashmere blend looked so luxurious in store but after a few wears it's covered in pills. Especially where it rubs against my coat collar. The tartan pattern is beautiful but I spend more time de-pilling it than wearing it.
Flipped my kayak in Muskoka and these sunglasses stayed on my face thanks to the secure fit. The polarized lenses cut the glare on the water beautifully. They've been my go-to for every outdoor adventure since. Sturdy and stylish.
I should have read the reviews on this site before ordering from Juniper Lane. I bought two pairs of shoes because they were advertised as orthopedic and having good arch support; and I thought it would be nice to support a non-Amazon business. Shoes turned out to be not at all orthopedic. Also, material was very flimsy and low quality. I emailed them about returns. They pushed for replacements if I paid for international shipping. Or, I could keep shoes and get a 10-15% refund. Full return for a full refund required me to pay for shipping to China which was prohibitively costly from Canada. I pushed back for at least 60% refund but they’ve been deliberately ignoring my emails for the past two weeks. Super disappointed.
Juniper Lane has a very slick website advertising free shipping in Canada, referencing Canada, and showcasing what looks like quality clothing; however, shipping took two weeks, it came from China, and the loose flowy dress was tight and ill fitting despite ordering my usual size. Now for the return policy. You owe for return shipping (over $70 if you want a tracking number, over $30 for no tracking) and they charge a “restocking fee” of 15% which is ridiculous! It actually costs more to complete a return than to keep the item. Please read their policies, don’t be fooled by their glowing on site reviews, they are pure fiction!! This site needs to be removed.

Absolutely the worst quality of shoes plastic hollow base and the stitching was really badly done. Scammy company listed return policy and then changed it when speaking to customer service. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered two clothing items at a cost of Cdn$116. The items arrived in 16 days. Both items were of terrible quality; not even worth trying on.
There are some 5-star reviews on Trust Pilot, but they are obviously fake because the writing style is identical in each one.
They pretend to be a Canadian company but disclose that they are California-based.
Shame on me for not researching them more carefully.

I bought multiple dresses. They were not good quality dresses. Reached out to return the items. They charge 15% restocking fee, they kept saying we will give you x amount off. If I won’t wear the dresses, why would I keep them. So I followed every rule. Waited for them to confirm that I can return. Once I completed the return process I gave them tracking number. When shipment got there, they refused the shipment. On top of my money, no they made me spend the money on return and they are not responding to any emails. What dishonesty and thieves. Canada should ban them. Why are they still allowing them to sell here.
Edit: You telling me to email even though I had sent emails already asking why the shipment was refused is ridiculous! there has been no response to explain anything.

Every Canadian needs a good toque and this one doesn't completely destroy my hair. The ribbed knit is stretchy enough to sit comfortably without squishing everything flat. The merino wool is warm without being itchy. Wear it from October to April.

I live on a hobby farm outside Kingston and this quilted jacket is my daily uniform for chores. Warm enough for cold mornings, easy to move in, and the dark green hides all the inevitable dirt and hay. Practical fashion at its finest.

A classic black wool coat that elevates every outfit. Wore it over a sequin dress for New Year's in Yorkville and felt incredibly elegant. The oversized lapels are a gorgeous detail. Heavy enough for December but not bulky. Stunning.

Took this on a sailing trip on Lake Huron and it handled the wind and spray perfectly. Lightweight enough to pack in my bag when the sun came out but protective enough for those sudden lake squalls. The bright coral colour is easy to spot too.

DO NOT ORDER FROM JUNIPER LANE! Website states customer is responsible for return shipping cost, and that the warehouse is in Canada, so I decided I was willing to take the risk since I wouldn't have to ship possible returns out of the country. Ordered several pairs of shoes only to get shipping notification from ... China?! Shoes were expensive, so expected good quality. They all look and feel like plastic. When I put in a return request I was informed I'd have to ship them back to China at my expense (even though the website says their warehouse is in Canada), or I could keep them and get a 10% store credit, which is useless to me since I'll never order from them again, and neither will I wear their plastic shoes.

This company ships from China, not Canada as advertised. The items all run small, and the quality's overall fairly poor. This is clearly just another online shop ripping off other websites styles. One dress I got is cute, but the others did not look anything like advertised. I'd steer clear unfortunately.
Also note all the 5 star reviews specifically mention some Canadian landmark/city, they are all very obviously fake.

After years of side-eyeing $1000 parkas I found this brand and it's honestly just as warm. Down fill, coyote-free design (bonus), and a hood that actually stays up in prairie wind. My Saskatoon colleagues are converts too.

Ordered from cleo... got this juniper lane reply. Do not order from these.... people?? .... weeks and still haven't received my dresses. We all have to start shopping in stores again... this will only get worse. sigh...

The delivery was 3weeks.
The dress was not the colour pictured and the fabric was beyond cheap and low quality.
The sizing was also wrong. Do not buy from Juniper Lane. The whole thing is a SCAM.
They are laughing all the way to the bank.

From March slush to May warmth, this bomber jacket carries me through the messiest season in Canada. The water-resistant shell handles puddle splashes and the quilted lining is just warm enough. Plus it looks cool.

Living in Halifax means constant wind and rain. This waxed cotton jacket is inspired by fishing village outerwear and it handles everything the Atlantic throws at it. Develops a beautiful patina over time. Very east coast chic.

I received a dress that looks nothing like the dress I ordered. Bait and switch is what they do. No accountability whatsoever. Do not order from this website. Temu is cheaper . Clothes made in Asia. Nothing Canadian here. Return policy is ridiculous.
