Our Netflix Bites chefs are serving up something special. Take your taste buds to Hawkins with a three-course tasting menu that’s slipped through the rift – prepare for dishes coming out of order, inverted platings, and a very unnatural dining experience that can only be described as strangely delicious. Arrive as early as 5:30PM to grab a drink, mingle with fellow fans, and ease into the Upside Down before dinner begins at 6PM.

Netflix House has two entry points within King of Prussia. Enter on Level One in between Gregory’s Coffee and Rolex, or on Level Two between UNTUCKit and Sunglass Hut.Street Entrance

Both options work! If you’re planning your schedule in advance, we recommend booking early to secure preferred dates and times — particularly on weekends. For more spontaneous visits, we also welcome same-day bookings and walk-ins (subject to availability).
Whether you’re planning a full outing or making an in-the-moment decision at the mall, Netflix House is designed to be flexible, easy to book, and simple to enjoy.
Yes! We were built with families in mind — especially those with school-age children (7-14). Experiences are immersive and interactive, with varying levels of challenge so that both kids and adults can join in on the fun!
Yes, the closest parking is the Red Parking Lot. Please note: our public entrances are located inside the mall (on both levels) and facing West Dekalb Pike.
For the ticketed experiences at Netflix House Philadelphia, guests ages 3 and up will need a ticket to fully participate and join in on the fun. For Top 9 Mini Golf, if you are 18 or older and have purchased a ticket, you will be able to bring your child under 3 years of age without needing to purchase a separate ticket for them. However, please visit the FAQs for your ticketed experience for more details on the experience for children under 3 years of age, as certain limitations will apply. Children under 3 are not permitted in the Virtuals experiences.
VIP Packages will vary by immersive experience, but most often include priority entry to your selected experience and all-day access to the VIP Lounge, plus other premium perks designed to make your visit even more special — such as VIP-exclusive merch or all-you-can-play access to select Netflix House experiences.
