Changes from Version 17 to Version 17.5

Version 17.5 of this C API / C++ Class Library has changed from version 17 as follows:

• LEADTOOLS TWAIN C API / C++ Class Library now gives the user the ability to select the TWAIN version (TWAIN v1.0 or v2.x) to work with.
