The Charlesworth Monument, Lincoln
The statue is to Dr Edward Parker Charlesworth who was physician of the Lawn mental hospital in whose grounds it stands, from 1819 to 1853. He lived on Pottergate SK9771 : 4 Pottergate, Lincoln. Listed grade II (list entry 1388815), sculptor Thomas Milnes.
