I am seeking the correct footpath line across the fields opposite.

Walkers can access the adjacent field by means of a gate nearby so this old wooden footbridge looks little used nowadays. It also looks a little unsafe. Also unmaintained, overgrown, neglected and unloved.

Past some rainwater filled tractor ruts. A very 1970s canvas here, I thought; lots of colours that reminded me of the late 1970s - earthy browns, mustard yellows, the field having been treated I assume. A little unloved corner. Well... (more)
