* 1994, founded as a trade company, importing A/C components.
* 1999, invest A/C evaporator with Delphi shanghai 2000, begin to export A/C components to US and East Asia.
* 2006, acquireFan Jiang Enterprise, which is a pipe bending and precision parts manufacturer in Taiwan, major business is OEM for Taiwan Calsonic Co.; Sampo Co (Home Appliances).
* 2007, build our own factory in China, named Trans (Hui Zhou) Heat Exchange Co., Ltd. to produce automobile A/C components and heat-exchangers for industries
