        一對十二歲的女孩，決定調查連續殺人案真相

       「我們要做一份清單，把所有我們覺得可疑的人事物都列出來。然後…我們親自去調查。」

       自從母親生病之後，家中氣氛就變得很奇怪。加上這個Miv從小住到大的鎮上竟還發生了連續殺人案，死者都是年輕女性，兇手至今仍逍遙法外，父親決定要帶著一家大小搬離這裡。然而這個決定讓Miv感到很慌張，這裡是她從小到大生活的地方，而且還有最好的朋友Sharon。不管外面潛伏著怎麼樣的危險，也不管媽媽從那天起再也不說一句話，家裡的氣氛有多詭譎，Miv還是希望留下來。她想，或許只要解開失蹤女性的謎團，問題就可以解決？
