Liam Dulson scored twice in the second half as Woking came from behind to beat Eastleigh at the Silverlake Stadium.
Aaron Blair had put the Spitfires ahead in the 11th minute after being played in following a driving run from Max Dickov.
The Cardinals were back on level terms in the 36th minute when John Marquis converted a penalty for his seventh goal of the season. Blair then saw his spot-kick at the other end saved by Woking goalkeeper Will Jaaskelainen five minutes before half-time.
Woking completed the turnaround with 18 minutes left when Dulson headed in a cross from Tariq Hinds and then slotted home his second during stoppage time.
