Very tasty, not too thick and no aftertaste. Has a nice little caffeine boost as well. I used to have slim fast back in the late 80s/early 90s when my mom would get them, in those metal cans, and I remember them being good but being thick and leaving an almost film in the mouth. These are so much better than those ones I remember! They've come a long way. The perfect amount of drink, it really does fill me up and keep me from being hungry until lunch time. I will get these again for sure!
