    I bought this from a local store and it was spoiled despite the expiration date being fine. It had chunks in it but these do not at all. Amazon carries fresh stock and is a much better price. Very reasonable for the value and they taste great! In a little more than one week I have lost 8 lbs.! Im very happy and impressed with the product and will continue to buy over and over. I would subscribe but I need it even more often than they usually deliver it. I have tried ensure Complete and it makes me gain weight so these are really perfect for me. I really feel full for about 5 hrs and I eat a regular meal for dinner. This is smooth and i don't feel weighed down and it seems to give me more energy as well. Its very effective and helpful for my goal to lose weight and keep it off! Highly recommend.
