Bought a new car and tried to alter the policy. Charged too high of an additional premium so asked to cancel policy. Whacked on a cancellation fee Pointing to T's & C's that were never sent to me and they couldn't evidence that it had been sent to me. Cancellation charges different in the Terms of Business sent before signing up and supposedly after. Appalling Customer service from a contact centre in South Africa. Staff refused to provide surname or job titles. Very evasive in answering the simplest of questions.
