Worst experience with Unlimited…

Worst experience with Unlimited membership card. I purchased the card within a few days (never used due to personal emergency) applied for cancellation as it is within the cooling off. They responded as the refund will be done in 7-10 working days. It is now around 3 months and I haven't received my refund and there is no response to my emails. There is no customer service contact number. The only way to contact them is via email.Never go to cineworld as they have zero customer service. I don't know how to claim my money.
Very disappointed.

Scam. Be aware. Report

Hi, I want to report about this scammer who calls every day even after blocking and reporting it. I never approach them for any services and neither I am a customer but they hot my contact details and frustrating calls throughout the day everyday. How and where should I report on this. Who gave them any rights to annoy others. I never approached them for anything. Seriously, I want yo sue them for distrying my personal peace. Don't trust protect line. Ever!

Worst service

Worst service . Please never buy from gear tech the glasses were very blurry and when I raised it for return for more than a month they now come back as no damages means no return or refund. Actually at the first place, it did not meet the basic requirements.

I need to escalate this to customer rights.
Could someone help me how to file this?

Adiana is not helpful

Adiana is not helpful. Sorry, I need to disagree with the previous customer, and she is just copy-pasting the same message over and over again without connecting with customers. I purchased a pair of trainers, but I received each one of them in different sizes and the same right foot of 2 trainers. I was told I need to take it to a drop-off point and drop it there; once they receive it and it is confirmed by the warehouse, they will send my new pair. I don't understand why my order has to be delayed to get their return, which was not my fault in the first place. I tried contacting the number given; it is always closed. I raised this with Adriana and she never responded with anything other than go and drop the return in a drop-off point by yourself, and we can't do it for you. worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please don't buy from Spartoo. zero rating for customer service.
