Stole from me twice.. scumbags

Would have gave less but 1 star is minimum..
Paid the fees, got sent messages asking to send photos clicked the link nothing there, around 20 messages with staff asking why..
Then have been blocked out of my account saying invalid credentials.. so can’t sign in to speak to them click the link to reset password tells me my email doesn’t exist..
They keep sending me messages to sign out then back in but they’ve signed me out and can’t sign back in..
What a waste of 2 hours never wrote a review in my life..
I want my money back what a Usless company DONT USE
