Great cheap way to get into ice plunge to see if it’s for you. Works well and quality seems decent so far.
My challenge now will be keeping it cold enough. Which is why I’m assuming most upgrade to a more expensive system. Ice bath is life changing for me - going forward will be part of my routine.
