Seems a good product. Still getting used to the new layout but more accessible than our old American Fridge. Ice takes up too much room in the freezer, though - literally half the top drawer. We may end up turning it off for the extra capacity. There were no pictures on the website of the freezer - was showing a different model on the product Web page which I queried but they weren't able to help which is a bit poor given it's a big purchase. So it was a bit of a gamble but on balance I think we'll be happy with it. Took off another 2 stars for delivery because they were OK but a bit uncommunicative, had to borrow tools from us to install (?!) and I discovered they had dumped a load of polystyrene packaging in our garden waste bin on their way out!

Great gift for a colleague's leaving present. Love the toolbox packaging and the names of the beers were very appropriate. Others wanted to know where I found such a great gift and the recipient was delighted. I hope they taste as good as they look!

I bought these earrings as a special gift for my daughter to wear for her wedding. They looked absolutely stunning on her - we had looked at so many and most were either too small or too chunky, and there were not many in solid gold for this price point. These fitted the bill perfectly. Good quality, sophisticated and a real statement. She was thrilled with them and they complemented her look perfectly. The customer service from the team was also outstanding- I cannot praise them highly enough for their kindness, understanding and speed of reply. A great experience from start to finish and I highly recommend this company for their beautiful designs and attention to the customer.

Speedy delivery and polite driver. Didn't dump package on the doorstep as so many do, even when supposedly signed for. DPD is always a cut above.

Lauren was incredibly helpful, efficient, flexible and knowledgable. She really listened, got back to me very quickly and organised the whole trip exactly as we wanted - nothing was too much trouble and she made the whole experience a joy. I was attracted by the very comprehensive and enticing details on the website and then when I called this excellent impression was back up by superb service. Not only that, but I had been going around in circles trying to book it all myself and she was able to offer a better deal than I could find searching the internet for each element. This gave me real confidence that this company are professional, don't overcharge and really prove their worth over the DIY approach. We are so looking forward to the holiday and happy it has been well organised by professionals who know their subject and have visited the destination personally.

I bought the roll top rucksack for my son and he absolutely loves it. Unfortunately there was an issue with the zip, but Liv in Customer Services was amazingly helpful, empathetic and super-responsive. The bag was replaced within a day, once I had sent pictures of the fault. We are so pleased with the excellent customer serivce and the bag itself which is stylish, capacious and well designed. Great company and will defintiely purchase again.

Easy ordering and good updates on the delivery in real time. Surprised that poor Lee had to deliver this large item on his own, and just very lucky my husband happened to be in to help. I wouldn't have managed it if it was just me and Lee. Haven't unpacked it yet so fingers crossed it's all there and undamaged.

I said to deliver to a neighbour because I knew I woudl be out, but the box was left dumped outside my door. Luckily it wasn't raining but it is a very large box and I have had things stolen from the doorstep before.

I love the ethos of Monica Vinander, using recycled materials as much as possible. My family wanted to buy me a special necklace for my birthday and after looking around I chose this company for quality assurance and great design.The customer services agent I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I love the flexibility of the designs, being able to add different charms to the earrings and necklaces to personalise them. Would thoroughly recommend.
