You sent the wrong Memory card !!!!! Was told there was only 1 digit difference in the SKU number to the one I wanted. If you knew this why don't you really change the number so there is no possibility for confusion?

I purchased an item using "Best Offer" function which was accepted by the seller in Renfrewshire. At Ebay checkout which I have used since 2002 I was unable to pay the seller. PayPal, Credit card, Debit card all failed yet two days before they worked perfectly. Called Ebay and was passed around 5 operators who could see nothing wrong "Checkout should work was what they said" Then I was told that they had switched my account to a MANAGED ACCOUNT and the seller was a PayPal Account. I was promised an afternoon call back from a Manager. That turned out to be a "one ringer" - a tactic used by service operations so they can say they called but there was no answer. Fast forward one day. I called my card company and even used my card elsewhere - no problem, I called PayPal who told me about how they had split from Ebay and as far as they were concerned my PayPal account is perfect and good to go. I tried Ebay USA. Paypal initially worked but during the payment process it handed over to Hermes with Ebay UK and that killed the payment process. I called Ebay again after receiving a Threatening Notice for non-payment. Customer Service say it's not an Ebay problem. Again they are having a manager call me back but why do I think I might be hearing another one ringer. They tell me it is not possible for Ebay to find a way to make the payment. This was a good on-line site but it's pretty basic that an on-line site has to have a Checkout which works. Come back PayPal.
