The 7.44 is ALWAYS late

The 7.44 is ALWAYS late, its never 7.44 its almost 8am impacting on connecting trains and getting to work! Terrible and unreliable given the ticket prices

Appalling sub-standard service

Ordered a £55 bouquet, said it will be sourced to a local florist. The item was delivered today with the congratulations message hand written by what appeared to be a 5 year old child. Utterly appalling service given they are country wide and very expensive! Sub-standard and poor service sourcing to local florists clearly not of the standard expected from Interflora!

Terrible delivery sent notification on…

Terrible delivery sent notification on Friday out for delivery waited all day nothing. Try to contact customer service and automated response saying ‘too busy try later’. Then following day sent another message and finally delivered by leaving at door no picture of delivery didn’t wait for me to even open door. Terrible. Dread when someone sends items via Yodel shouldn’t be operating

Khaadi should be banned from trading in UK. Sub-standard and shameless practice

I ordered from online Khaddi UK on Friday items were delivered evening on Monday. When I opened the items on Wednesday morning I noticed a mark on 1 item. I immediately took a picture and reported it to them. They have such shameful practice with zero client care as they asked me why I opened item a day later rather than accept they have sent a faulty item. They should not be allowed to trade in the UK with such sub-standards

Company lies to refuse refunds-DONT buy from immoral company

If I could score minus I would. Item returned. They received it in their warehouse and 5 days late falsely lie to say there is a mark and they won’t return when item was 100% fine when it left my care. Iv been arguing for days for a refund and against their continued lie. They operate in the UK and having read other people have faced same false allegations to refuse refunds-i will be reporting them to Trading Standards without hesitation. Utterly poor disgraceful customer care and ethics-please save your money and time and shop with companies who value customer care and have morals

5* for the optician but front of house needs training on customer care

So this is the first time I've gone to Boots opticians having used other high street opticians. I went to Burnley Boots. Im sorry to say but my initial contact with the girl at the front desk was extremely poor and lacked any client care or basic courtesy on her part, terrible.
However the 5* service is entirely down to the optician Mo who took time and effort and explained the whole process and my personal record and progress, that’s what I would expect of Boots - great client and customer care. Shame about staff at front of house though

Not good, better retailers out there poor customer service

I purchased 5-HTP first time from this sight and bought x3 bottles which had an expiry date of July! Really poor given price and then when I emailed them about it, they were unhelpful and said use them ‘they’ll finish by July’! Well i’ll have to but I won’t use you again!
