It sounds like you gave that Black Label Sirloin exactly the treatment it deserves. Cooking over charcoal and finishing with butter and rosemary is such a simple approach, but when the quality of the meat is right, that’s all it needs.

That balance of flavour, tenderness, and fat is something we put a lot of care into when sourcing, so it’s really rewarding to know it came through on the plate.

Moments like this are exactly why we do what we do, helping people create proper food experiences at home, not just meals.
