I wish i did something about it sooner rather than this company stringing me along for a whole month without working on my file. They ignored my calls and sat in emails over two weeks old then never actioned.
I called my mortgage provider and they told me i can opt out and pay for my Solicitor. ( i wish someone told me sooner!)
I am now really behind on my related sale left me stressed on the thought we have miss out on our next purchase.
Hopefully light end of tunnel now I have appointed my own legal team.

Its a scam!!! Read the reviews i have been charged over £50 with out my knowledge.
Its made worse as not not easy to cancel the contract.

If you have Exact software ( Dental ) and you are only taking for swift payment do not get sucked in.
If your like me and had excellent service with your previous PDQ supplier do not move.
It was my mistake ( had a gut feeling not to move but i did! ) in the first week i has countless of problems and what makes things worse is the poor customer service and nobody is able to help.
All help was via exact - thank you guys!
Even my sales rep who was on the phone all the time until we got connected stopped answering her phone.
Emailed my rep for manager details, apparently the company does not have managers.
Now am stuck with this crappy device and not even able to cancel as nobody is giving me the instructions to how.
No doubt i will have a large cancellation fee to settle for a weeks worth of use!
Well worth paying them off, my time is worth more.

So a weeks service and endless problems with the service this is what i have to pay to get away from the company - thanks
