I reported a problem with the door on our new build and in less than a week Craig from Miller Homes has been to fix it.
What a lovely Gentleman he was. Very friendly, helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble. He noticed one of the hinges hadn't been screwed down properly and he even fixed that for me without having to ask. If I need to report anymore snagging issues I really hope I get Craig again.
