Quick installation, just a few snags

I wasn't waiting long for an installation date which was good. The measuring up chap was very thorough and suggested helpful ideas like a lower threshold on the back door and checked directions of openings etc. The fitters were nice and covered all the carpets and tidied up any mess made before they left. Arrived very early before 8am though (not expected until between 9 and 10am) so I wasn't quite ready for them but not a massive deal. It felt a bit rushed on the final day where I felt compelled to quickly confirm via check boxes on a form that there were no issues or damage and to pay before I'd had chance to do a proper inspection inside and out. The sealant on the outside is a little scruffy, and I would have expected a putty to have been used on the outside rather than silicone against brick, but other than that they have been fitted really well and I'm happy. Two handles were scratched but I noticed this early on and new handles were arranged and swapped out by the fitters no problem. Just a couple of snags to report, such as one handle not closing very well, but have been assured during a follow up call that these will be looked at once reported (after it stops raining and I can double check for anything else).

Speeds are good but customer services…

Speeds are good but customer services are a bit pants and not happy about the price almost doubling once out of contract. If a reasonable monthly price can be offered at ‘discount rate’, why not just offer that as the normal price? Also, offering a much cheaper price for the same package for new customers only? Come on. Nope.
