Excellent website

Excellent website. Great delivery and the product was just as described. Nothing to complain or be unhappy about. Would recommend Hoxton to anyone thinking of buying a reused device.

Good ordering. Poor quality control.

Ordering and delivery were spot on. The problems with Pepe seem common to many brands, quality control. I ordered two T-shirts, one medium and one small. Both fit me virtually the same. When I measured them they were virtually identical. I then measured the Medium against another medium ordered the week before. There was a 3cm difference in width and a 5cm difference in length. Same size and same fit according to the description.

Terrible service.

Like many so companies these days, it’s almost impossible to make contact with this company. They have the usual “Chatbots” which do nothing more than answer frequently asked questions and routine issues. I booked and made a single letter typo in the name. I tried to contact them via email and got a response based on a total name change request ions £55 admin fee on a £25 ticket.£55 admin when they didn’t do anything in the first place. I did all the admin online and yet they still want an admin fee to change one letter in a name! Utterly hopeless. All these companies are basically the same. The only way to get any kind of service in the airline industry is to deal directly with the carrier. Even then, it’s often a poor service standard. Certainly won’t ever use this company again.

Review of 1Password - Password Manager

Great customer support

Initially I had problems with the pricing and offers available on the 1Password website. However, an email to the customer service team resulted in immediate support by real people. All too often with companies you get diverted to a Q&A or some modern automated “Bot” chat. The issue was fully resolved and all working fine thanks to the 1Password team. Good job all 👍🏻👍🏻

100% perfection !

This company provides customer service just how we would all wish it to be. It was in line with expectations, timely and pragmatic. Phones were answered quickly and promises to return calls were kept. Everyone involved in the issues we faced with multiple problems on the washing machine was polite, respectful and understanding. The fantastic customer service received should be a training video for all of the banks, airlines and cable companies who get it so wrong. I will never look to use anyone else other than AO in the future and have recommended them to friends and family. Keep up the good work AO team 👍🏻

The booking system and being kept…

The booking system and being kept informed of appointment time was great. The two guys who turned up were friendly and cheerful. But there was an unprofessional tinge to the work. Neither were wearing face masks. There was no explanation of what would happen. They basically wanted to get on with fitting two rear tyres. They completed the job almost as fast as an F1 pit crew! It took about 20-25 mins to remove the tyres, fit new ones and balance both wheels and refit. No mention was made about resetting the TPMS system (I mentioned it).. when I did I was given a vague answer as what to do. At the end of the day the tyres are on and working! But it felt more like the experience you’d get in some back street outfit and not what you would get when talking about a near £400 transaction. I’ve used Tyres on the drive before Halfords bought them back in 2019. The experience was far far better and I won’t be using Halfords again for fitting such a critical part of my car.
Although Trustpilot have requested this feedback (I assume via Halfords?), I’ve received nothing Halfords branded requesting feedback. All I got was an email with my receipt. Could do far better then this....

Great Service - Steve Hughes

Apppintment set for 9;30 but technician (Steve) called at 08:15 to say I was his first customer and was it ok if he arrived in 20 mins. Steve knew all about the car and the tyres he was fitting. very professional and friendly service. Straight away I knew my car was in safe hands. did a great job and took me through the run-flat reset procedure. Proper set up and also at a great price. If you want good service at a very competitive price, then look no further.
