The episode of peppa pig doll hospital has a racial content giving an impression that white is better black when Ms Rabbit says they make black dolls better by turning
them into white dolls. I cannot believe that this has been allowed to continue to play for so long.

Cheap material

Bought an HP pavilion laptop last year. It waa very alow and kept switching off. I had to go to customer services a few times to get it sorted. The last straw ia when it just cracked in the middlw and the keyboard separates from the monitor. Then I was told it was my fault because i forced it. Stay off HP.

Professionalism at its best

The e delivery team xame in and they were very professional. I thouggt the company had agreed to recycle so i hadn't moved the old furniture. However, they came in and helped me to move the furniture. They assembled the new furniture, checked that it was in working order. They took away all the rubbish. They were very professional and polite. They went above and beyond their duties. Thank you guys

It's a scam Ali express Chujie dress shop

I bought a dress from Ali express. It says that there will be a refund if lm not happy. I sent pictures of how the dress was and asked for a refund and the seller tolde point blank that they refuse to give me a refund because shipping is too expensive. The offered 7pounds for me to delete a review on the dress. How insulting. The seller is Chujie dress shop

Good experience

The staff were very friendly. It was easy to access what I wanted although I could not get the size of nappies I needed. I gave a 4 stars because I had to wait in the store because it was browsing time and staff training. This should not happen during shop hours.

Tejal is the best

Tejal in Thurrock Lakeside superdrug was real good and efficient. Very kind and listened to what I wanted. I had a facial and when she was fine I definitely looked like I had a facial. Excellent.

Warning: Unethical Practices by Ava Estelle

I want to share my recent experience with Ava Estelle to alert potential customers about their unethical practices.

I purchased some products from Ava Estelle and accidentally clicked the subscribe box. They took money from my account for the first time, and I immediately noted it. I alerted Ava Estelle and canceled the subscription. However, they refused to refund my money and insisted that I use the credit to buy more products, which I did not want.

Recently, I discovered that despite canceling my subscription, they continued to take money from my account. When I brought this to their attention, they again refused to refund my money and offered me credit instead. I find this practice unethical and want to warn others who might consider buying products from Ava Estelle.

Please be cautious when you dealing with this company.

Beware of exorbitant phantom charges

I booked a parcel to be delivered to Mattress on line. The parcel was in its original packet. I confirmed the measurements for the parcel from mattress online and I got a quote from interparcel. They collected my parcel and then 12 days later they sent me an invoice to pay an extra £201+ because they had measured the parcel and the measurements I had given were wrong, Now they are asking me to provide a photograph of myself taking the measurements and showing that the measurements are correct, I have sent thenm the email from mattress on line confirming the measurements and they will not accept the measurements. Be aware because you can get a bill for 4 times the amount quoted after the parcel is delivered, Remember to take a photograph while measuring. The rating of 1 is for the parcel being delivered.
I have submitted evidence from the seller. I sent back the parcel as it was from the seller.
If the discrepancy was found at the time of booking why was I not informed for me to confirm your findings and given an option if I wanted to proceed. It's your word against mine and yet the seller had the same measurements as mine.

We apologise for the additional charge your order has incurred. UPS have advised that during transportation, the shipment was audited as measuring larger than declared at the time of booking. We are yet to receive evidence from yourself to submit to UPS to raise a dispute. Once we have received this, we can contact the carrier regarding the additional charge.

Excellent service with crap return policy.

I was very happy when ordered the mattress which was delivered promptly. Customer service is excellent, they are very helpful and they reply promptly. However, I am not happy with their return service. I do not mind paying for a return but I feel that the company should be able to arrange for a return especially in cases where it's almost an exchange. The same person who delivers the new order should be able to deliver the return..
