It’s the best

I have been using Webroot for as long as I can remember, and I still consider it an excellent antivirus program. One of the things I appreciate most is its lightweight, minimalist design, which provides strong protection without slowing down my computer or getting in the way.

The only criticism I have is the recent appearance of occasional pop-up notifications highlighting issues such as junk files and suggesting the purchase of additional add-on products to resolve them. In my view, this moves away from the simplicity that has always been one of Webroot’s greatest strengths and feels like a step in the wrong direction.

Overall, however, I remain very satisfied with Webroot and would happily recommend it

Parcels cannot be left safe

I am increasingly frustrated by the decision of beerwulf not allowing the deliveries to be left safe.
I am rarely at home during the daytime and it’s proving very difficult to receive my orders.

I don't have this problem with perfect draft, as they have recognised that although it's Alchol, its supplied in keg form so not readily accessible without being installed in a machine

Useful Card Tracker with Some Limitation

I find these Rhino cards useful for certain applications. For example, they fit neatly inside an Amazon Kindle, passport holder, or wallet where a standard tracker would be too bulky.

However, their tracking range is fairly limited, likely due to the low-power Bluetooth signal used to conserve battery life. The quoted battery life of around five months is also a drawback when compared with Apple’s AirTag, which uses a replaceable coin-cell battery that can typically last 12 months or more.

That said, I still find them very useful in situations where a slim, card-style tracker is the only practical option.

A reasonable product but experience let…

A reasonable product, nothing special in all honesty, but experience let down by excessive postage charges. Charged £11.00 postage for a UK mainland address, even though website said free Uk Shipping. It was sent at a fraction of this too, just £3.55 which makes it even harder to justify

Same old story

I was expecting an Amazon parcel today, but it never arrived. As soon as I saw it was being handled by Evri, it unfortunately confirmed my expectations.

In my experience, the service continues to fall well below standard, and the company’s reputation speaks for itself.

Please don’t respond with a generic, automated reply—it doesn’t address the issue or restore confidence.

I genuinely wish retailers would stop using this courier. Given the choice, I would never select Evri again. Lesson learned.

Would use again.

I ordered a Bosch GDR 12V-105 12V Impact Driver which was absolutely fine. Easy to-use website, competitive price, and well packaged. Arrived in good time and exactly as described. I'm getting inundated with emails from ITS now, so will need to change my preferences, but otherwise I would use again.

Order updates slow but very good as described

I ordered a milk carafe for my De’Longhi PrimaDonna Aromatic last week. The stated delivery time is 2–4 weeks, which I fully understand and I’m still well within that window. However, aside from the automated order and payment confirmation, I’ve had no further communication.

I would have appreciated an update confirming the order had been placed with the supplier, along with a clearer indication of expected timescales. At present, I’m not feeling particularly confident, but I’ll update this review once I know the outcome.

I utimately recieved the item about 4 weeks after ordering and to be fair its absolutely as described

Paid £174.60 – Still Waiting, No Response Since November

I placed an order for a Vintage Film Process + HD Scan with a total value of £174.60. I received an email on 13th November 2025 confirming that my order had been received and was being processed.

However, as of 25th April 2026, I have still not received any update or communication regarding my order. I have also attempted to contact them by email but have had no response.

Very disappointing service and lack of communication.

UPDATE 27/04/2026
I received a full refund today after being advised the film I had sent had not been exposed . They apologised for not advising me at least a month earlier, when they first got notification but it had somehow slipped through the net. I've updated my review to reflect this from 1 star to 4

Not a good experience

Delivery updates were simply not good enough. The tracking information was vague, and I only received an estimated delivery date on the actual day of delivery.

If this company put as much effort into customer service and communication as they do into auditing parcels for potential underpayment, the experience might be far better.

It’s not a courier I would ever choose to use, and I always feel a sense of dread when a retailer I’ve purchased from uses them
