Good company/prices but slow delivery

Good company with good prices as long as you can wait for your item. They really need to improve delivery times. I’ve tried to support them for a while now by preordering from them but I consistently never get the game on release day. Usually not even the day after. It’s always a couple of days after release day. Takes of Berseria released yesterday (a Friday), Royal Mail will deliver on Monday/Tuesday. Not good enough if I’m honest. Even things in stock seem to take 2-3 days longer than everywhere else. A good company that I will continue to use but having second thoughts about pre ordering with going forward.

Thank you so much for your continued support and for taking the time to leave such honest feedback. We really do appreciate it.

We’re a small independent company and we rely on Royal Mail to deliver our orders. It’s always frustrating for us as well when an item doesn’t arrive as quickly as we’d like, especially with pre-orders where we know customers are excited to play on release day.

At checkout, we offer a few different postage options. To help keep our prices as competitive as possible, our standard or free delivery option is Royal Mail 48, which is an untracked service that typically takes 2 working days. For pre-orders dispatched the day before release, we upgrade them to Royal Mail 24. While this works well for the vast majority of orders, it unfortunately does not always guarantee delivery on release day.

For customers who would prefer a tracked service, there are tracked postage options available at checkout. We would always recommend selecting one of those if release-day delivery is important.

We truly value your support and completely understand your concerns about pre-order timing. Your feedback is important to us and we are always looking at ways to improve where we can. If there is ever anything we can do to help with a specific order, please do not hesitate to get in touch directly.

Thanks again for supporting an independent retailer. It really does mean a lot to us.
