Great Product, Terrible Customer Service
Honestly, I couldn't have experienced worse customer service. I feel like as a company that deals with security and potentially vulnerable people can at least provide decent and prompt customer service. I was charged for three months of subscriptions while trying to cancel it but not knowing how (I'm sure it was simple right) but the responses were like AI and incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Such a shame, the cameras were great but shocking customer service. Something that's not reassuring when you're dealing with security cameras.
