I am always blocked from their site for god knows what reason but yet stock is always bought out by bots.

I’ve not received the item yet although its says it’s been delivered

Order some Lelli Kelly Chelsea boots and I was sent a different pair of Lelli Kelly shoes in a different size, the exact same thing happened last year. I ordered some boot and they sent me the incorrect size. Disappointed with the inconvenience of having to return the incorrect items and place a second order to receive the correct ones, however this time they have none of the size I need left so I’ve got to return an item that was sent incorrectly to me, and have no boots. Very disappointing.

Rubbish I ordered a voucher through very for a £99 two night stay and have never received the voucher and it says it was delivered ! When I try to get in touch with someone no one ever comes back to you , a scam beware

Arrived within the time, delivered with care and the product was exactly as described. Due to ordering a different size also I had to return items which was extremely easy to do and the refund was back on account within a couple of days. Great service as always at Very.

I had a really poor service, items in my parcel were missing however Karan in the social media team, resolved the issue immediately and had the items refunded back to my credit limit so I can reorder the items. Thank You for turning a negative experience into a positive.

Order went through quickly and I was kept informed of my parcel journey and delivery time. My package arrived at time I was scheduled.

The delivery service is not what it was. Took at least 24 hours longer and the boxes where damaged, the goods inside were ok. Other than that all ok

Very poor from Very.. Paid for order to come on a Saturday. Saturday came and went with no delivery. Called them up and they said it could take 20 days to come back in stock so wanted a REFUND on my postage. 20 mins later they cancelled my order and said it wasn't in stock. I explained it was in stock hence why i bought it. They wouldn't listen to me, kept talking over me and was very rude. I asked to speak to there manager and they hung up me!

I called back to make a complaint for them hanging up on me and for cancelling my order. There was no care or consideration at all.

That's the problem with the "international call centres" they don't care at all.

A great online store with items for every need! I have bought a pair of trainers and a Dyson cooler so far at excellent prices and quality.
The courier company they work with is great, and the delivery is fast and within the estimated time.
Also, Very has a very good Buy Now Pay Later system, which helps me buy in instalments without extra charge.
I really enjoy my purchases, and I recommend Very to everyone!
