Ordered online for replacement trousers for my suit, order was straight forward and with me within a couple of days, trousers weren’t quite what I wanted so had to return, very simple process. Emailed customer service on evening with query and had a reply by 0845 next morning. Excellent service well done

i got a suit and a couple of formal shirts at the jnc 32 M62 outlet store. good range of suit types, colour and sizes for formal or casual occasions. staff was very helpful, particularly Shellie - who went way and beyond to help. excellent customer service and experience.

From the initial telephone enquiry and then the visit to the Fleetwood outlet, Jim was very relaxed and friendly and ensured that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend visiting the shop

I went in to the shop at dalton park last Saturday with my son looking for a suit for my wedding, my son was undecided on what he wanted, he was adamant he didn’t want a waistcoat or shoes. However, thanks to the care and attention and support from Dylan, my son left with a 3 piece suit including the waistcoat. He also loves the shoes Dylan picked out for him (we took the details of the shoes and will go back closer to the wedding just to be on the safe side that my son doesn’t have a growth spurt between now and then) my son said that Dylan was younger and therefore more stylish than me and his grandmother and so he trusted his judgment more. Poor Dylan had his work cut out for him with us but he gave us 100% support and attention and now I have a happy son who loves his new suit. Thank you so very much to Dylan

Walked in without a clue and Ruhi helped me select a suitable suit, helped me get the correct fit, had it tailored within an hour and was exceptionally patient with me while I tried on lots of options.

I can't believe that we've not used Skopes at Batley before.
A lovely range of suits - Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff (Dee and Asma are great).
We have come away with suits for my husband and son, neither of whom like clothes shopping, that fit absolutely brilliantly.
Dee and Asma were able to arrange for them to be altered, and back within a week - and all at a competitive price.
No stress here!

I visited Skopes at the Sterling Mills outlet village on Tues 7 July to purchase my third outfit in less than three years. I am in my late seventies and shopping for clothes is challenging. I would not consider going anywhere else and that is down to the care and attention from the Sales Assistant Danya Lawlor. She is extremely kind and patient and because she knows her stock I do not have any unnecessary fittings. I cannot praise her highly enough.

Needed a suit for a wedding and was checking around outlet. Last place was this polite gentleman. Definitely know his stuff. Thank you so much for your help kind gentleman. Everything in perfection.

Customer service was great and the way the sellers acted did not depend on the age of customers, I think. We were still well-cared even though we were clearly kids.
Additionally, great prices were there for how high-quality were the ties.

Angie was great! Brutally honest but exactly what my indecisive husband needed. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is a limited tie selection and limited colours for broader gentleman. Very happy with the experience and would go back! We head to the wedding in our colour coordinated ensemble tomorrow! ❤️🖤

-nothing was a problem, he gave advice and used his expertise to find us the best suit inwhich my dad felt most comfortable
- he made us feel so comfortable , he was really friendly, and had a good laugh with him
- every skopes store needs a mark!
- I am already planning our next visit to get a suite, and hoping mark will be there to provise his expertise
