My old Canon printer had given me 11 years of good service, but it was time to replace it. I actually found Printerbase by asking Gemini for its thoughts on potential replacements. The price was good, so I ordered the new printer. A day or two later, I received a phone call from Printerbase and immediately thought, 'Uh oh, here comes the upsell.' I was pleasantly surprised when it never came. The chap on the phone was simply making sure that the printer fitted my needs and gave some tips on how to get the best out of it. I don't recall ever having this level of customer service before, and I was really impressed.

I bought an epson xp 15000 it cost me £272, I only used it about 15 times still like new.I went to turn it on. There was nothing,No power at all, It was just out of warranty, I phoned Printerbase as that where I bought it from. They told me to phone Epson, They wanted £180 then I have to post it to them, witch would cost me about £20+ so i had a look on youtube to see if anyone had this fault, And it turns out quite a few people had the same thing happen to them. So it must be a fault with the printer itself. I think its absolutely Discussing. I paid what I thought was a lot of money so I would have a good printer. and if its a fault with the printers they should have repaired it for nothing. Its feels like I have been SCAMED .
Very impressed with Printerbase. Competitive prices, very efficient service, great communication and speedy delivery of my order. Also excellent customer service with personal touch from a UK family business that deserves to be a success.

Started off great buying a label printer from them 3 years ago but that broke down so I ordered a replacement. Went for a Zebra mid range printer which simply would not connect to IOS Bluetooth which I stipulated was my main req. Annoyingly told I had to pay return postage as she classed it as a return request rather than faulty which I challenged and then told I would have to contact Zebra directly even though I received it from them a day earlier so reluctantly paid return postage for speed and they received it back on Monday 11am and now it’s Saturday evening and still no refund. Leaving me to run my business without. Terrible after sales care so I would avoid based on my recent experience from printerbase.

Not the easiest to set up the WiFi.

I had a lovely experience with this company!
I placed an order on their website and next day received a phone call - I expected it to be them telling me they were out of stock. Not at all, Luis had rang me just to check all my details were correct, if the product I ordered was compatible with my printer and he also let me know they had an own brand equivalent for much cheaper. I expressed that I hadn't had good experiences with own brand versions in the past and Luis let me know that they guaranteed these own brand versions, if I wantwd to try. I decided I would, he processed a partial refund for me immediately for the difference and altered my invoice.
The item I ordered was delivered next working day, even with the adjustment!
I had a lovely chat with Luis, he was so kind and I felt like I was in expert hands! One of the most positive customer service experiences I've had. Thank you so much Luis for all of your help!

I ordered a printer on Tuesday night, they followed up and Wednesday and confirmed next day delivery. Arrived. So far, excellent service. Very impressive and a good deal on my Epson eco tank printer.

The staff seem to go out of their way to give good helpful advice, any problems are sorted out immediatly without fuss. If more companies were up to Printerbase standards shopping would be a much better experience.

Great scanner, great price, excellent customer service. Would of been 5star if they had sent tracking information as I spent 2hrs driving and an hour at parcelforce trying to retrieve the parcel.

Great service from the company. They rang to check I had ordered the right printer for my needs, and have since received follow up calls to ensure I'm happy with my printer, and to remind me to register my guarantee with the printer manufacturer- I had already.
Would definitely go back for any other products when needed in future.

The Cannon Maxify GX1050 that I ordered came the next day. However when I set it up there seemed to be a problem. I was helped at every stage with checking and trying to find the fault. In the end Technical Support decided to replace the printer and arrange collection of the faulty one. They rang me to arrange best day for collection and delivery.
Quick and reliable response all the way.
I now have an excellent printer and the reassurance that a personal support service is always there.

Fantastic customer service again! I placed an order for ink cartridges on 28 April. I received a courtesy call the following morning from Luis Filipe, an account manager. Luis confirmed receipt of my order and suggested an alternative brand of ink which is compatible with my Brother printer, which saved me £10! Luis was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was excellent customer service and consistent with the excellent service from Andrea Fletcher when I actually bought my printer last year. Well done again !! Robert McGregor
