I bought the adidas courtquick padel shoes in white and gold as a gift for the padel player in my life. Padel Shack was one of the few places that had so many colour options for these (four, whereas the main adidas website only had two available at the time). They were also discounted which was greatly appreciated, and there were so many size options, unavailable elsewhere.
Not actually a padel player myself but going off research, I was very grateful for the clear and succinct description explaining the stability, speed and durability of the shoes. All of the photos of the shoes allowed me to see the full design and also the sole of the shoe which is very important for grip on the court.
Free, fast delivery in just 3 days was much appreciated. The padel player I got these for loved the gift! Looking forward to purchasing from here in future.

Everything always out of stock. This is the second time that I have been bought a gift voucher (6b months apart) and every single item of clothing that I liked was out of stock in my size. So this will be the second time that I've had to spend £50 on balls and sweat bands that I don't really need.! Useless.

I bought some Padel racquets quite some time ago. I noticed a small issue with the racquet I was not using. Despite the it being over a year, Padel Shack offered me vouchers in compensation of the problem. They called me up personally and made sure that I was happy with the outcome, I was really impressed with the service.

Apologies for the late review but I have to say that the Padel Shack really did pull it out of the bag when my original order did not arrive in time for my son's Birthday. When I rang I got through to someone straight away, and once it was confirm that my padel delivery had indeed gone astray, they were very quick to offer a replacement and not only that, but ship it 'next-day' delivery to ensure it arrived in time. Can't thank you enough as the sight of his face when he opened it was wonderful!!

I had a complicated return, partially my fault which was done without realising. Someone called Chris (I think, terrible memory) rung me to explain the return procedure. His customer service was exceptional. This company care about their customers and Chris was extremely helpful. I will be returning to their website when it’s my turn to choose a padel racket. I would totally recommend this company!!! Excellent customer service at its highest!!!
