I am a CIPD member and I was quoted £150 a month as an Individual to join CIPD-Inform Pro.

I believe this is absolutely disgraceful to charge an HR Professional a £150 a month (after 50% off) just to be able to access the HR related content after already paying CIPD Subscription.

Have found the content helpful overall but agree with other reviews that their cancellation process is completely off-putting. The fact that so many of us in the profession change roles and yet when you are paying out of your own pocket, not on a business account, they do not allow early termination and leave you to be tied in to pay for several years is simply unaffordable and lack of flexibility wouldn't recommend to anyone to have a personal account

The platform is easy to find your way around and very informative.

Ensure when you sign up for a two year contract that you note that this contract automatically renews so you have to give thirty days notice.

They listed a max bet rule small as hell. Followed it. My playthrough cleared. If I had missed it, pretty sure support would have said no to my cashout.

The CIPD HR-inform team is absolutely fantastic. They are ready to support and navigate you through all sorts of matters. Ashleigh, has been great onboarding coach.

I’d already had an initial overview of HR Inform during a demo a few weeks ago. The onboarding session with Ellie Sawrey was extremely helpful, not only in showing me how to navigate the key areas of the platform, but also in giving me the opportunity to explore the more detailed and essential features. Ellie took the time to clearly explain and demonstrate the platform’s capabilities, which I really appreciated.

The customer service from Ashleigh was fantastic!

Ellie Sawrey was friendly, knowledgeable and professional when she delivered my onboarding session. She was patient when I asked questions and took time to make sure that I understood each section. She followed up with an email after the session had finished, with all the information she said she would send. Really helpful.

Ashleigh has been very helpful in the set up process and has assisted with our onboarding process.

I've found the Croner-I team to be friendly and helpful, no complaints so far.

We had an introduction call with Ellie Sawrey and she was super helpful. She showed us exactly what we were looking for and has made us feel confident in searching around the HR Inform site.

Ellie was excellent, very patient and knowledgeable

a great experience from start to finish. No pushy sales people just good honest information on what was of interest to us as a company. Everything explained in full willing to go over anything again that may not have been clear. Contract and pricing structure very smooth to deal with and setting up was equally as good and very professional.
